iltaf shereen have you given your test
crazy pranks no dear not yet..
Are *
iltaf shereen the fact that you're saying they're usefull, while using is instead of are is ironic.
Apart from his accent, I believe he responded very well and his speech rate and clarity is very good. He is taking necessary pauses and flow of words are also good
the subtitle is way too small, I can barely see it.
Really? are you just joking? If you are using your mobile maybe???
??? The subtitles are hard coded to take up this amount of space; anymore and the articulation of the mouth would be covered.
AcademicEnglishHelp irony guys....
AcademicEnglishHelp I was being sarcastic :)
I realize that, again the large hard coded subs are for mobile phone users - so they don't have to squint : )

+Helena Gouveia Hiiiiii I have a test on Jan. am looking for speaking partner. my skyp id is : uma.mahesh143
watsapp: +919581391097
+Helena Gouveia Id give him 9.1
he is great speaker may be he got less score becoz of vocab.
Noh his level is of a 7.5
I think he got 7.5 cuz he paused and seemed to memorising the topic. Otherwise he was so good
I don't get it. On my humble opinion, he deserves at least 8. :/
+Rizilyn Decano Hi , i have my exam on jan 30 , when is your exam ?
If you would like to practice speaking with me .. catch me on skype id : asc.akhilesh
+Rizilyn Decano I have watched a couple of videos regarding speaking. What the examiners want was to use less common vocabulary, or if possible, idioms but remember that you must use it when necessary. From my point of view the feedback from the guy was great but instead of "not able to read", he should use "illiterate" to add more points in terms of vocabulary. In my opinion, he should develop his ideas further, of course it must be relevant and not out of topic. Hence, they also look for points which would satisfy the task given. If you noticed in Part 1, he thinks that both reading and writing are important, but later on he said that reading is slightly important. If you support your statement of both reading and writing are important, you must justify it but do not be biased because you said both are significant. ( This is my personal view )
+Sera Ho speaking test is a self explanatory, any word or sentence can be use here as long as you can express yourself and your answer covers the questions and topics. Anyway there's no right and wrong answers here for you to get a high score, it only depends on the accuracy of your communication skills.
Syed Maria Shah my english is fablous but i got only six band. I think ielts is tough in india
choudhary brand84 hmm why bro
You proomised that in the end of the video you will explain the scoring of this exam
+Есимжан Райымбеков You can see the full video at www.aehelp.com Good studies.
where? I see only option to BUY course. So your video is only commercial?! :/
There is a free DEMO version available on the site with many videos, a couple full length lessons. However, if you want all of the full videos you will need to pay. The video is not only a commercial, there is lots of useful information as is. Since our staff also need to pay for food, rent and other living expenses, we must charge money at some point. Nothing is free in life, but we do try to help as much as possible. Good studies.
In another video his name was muhammad and now his name is ahmad how??
I wish all interviewer will be like this cool and relax. So all candidates won't feel uneasiness and anxious.
my interviewer is so intimidating LOL 😂😂
his name is mohammed on the other video. lol
yes I agree with your opinion his name is Mohammed
hhhhhhhhhh..yes you are good observer
By the way Mohamed and Ahmad have the same meaning
@@igahsoh76 thank you for this information
Not just the name.. Also his nationality is different UAE in first interview second one Saudi Arabia
I'm also Ahmed. so I hope to score like him or more than 😃. Thank you
Ahmed Albusaidi Hi Ahmed, good luck with your test. Study hard and I'm sure you will do well.
I agree. His answers are very good and reasonable.
Good luck bro!!

+Saksham Shridhar congratulations 👍
hi .. how was the exam with you please can you help me cuz i will take a test on august
Abdulrhman Shibli hello)) could you help me please))
its not about how brilliant your answer was, the basis would be how we use English grammar with coherence, fluency, and wide range of vocabulary. and of course, our being comfortable while speaking the language. thank you much sir. i have been following all your vidoes even engvid. im planning to take an exam . blessed us all.
6:30 الله يعطيك العافية شرشحت العيلة كلها قدامه
😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Speaking is really easy comparing to listening. In listening you are introduced to multiple accents and each section they speak more faster. The trick in speaking is be confident and speak as much as you can. In listening you should follow the plan and be fast as much as you can because there is no other chance to hear the recording again. Which if you had you would for sure get 8/7 out of 9!!
I think his biggest mistake is that he is not paraphrasing the question, but just repeating it. E.g, it's important for parents... Or my father overcame the adversity... etc
if he got 7.5 it would be so easy to get 6 cause he didnot use academic vocablry he spoke so simple I hope speaking part is so easy as ı expect
cavid ahmedov Hi Cavid, remember that the speaking section of the IELTS exam is the same for both General and Academic versions of the test - there is no 'Academic Speaking' - the important part of speaking is that you use accurate, coherent, natural and complex language. for more, visit, www.aehelp.com
I really like your videos, because it help me to improve my speaking skills . Thank you for the videos.
You are very welcome.
This guy is osmmmm...v good ans and perfect I give u 10/10
hi thank you for the lesson
It’s so easy to achieve 7.5 if that’s enough !
I mean, a person does need a fair bit of English learning to understand and speak at this level. I certainly wish I could do this in other languages. But hey, if you've been surrounded by English for years and learned good communication from parents and teachers, then yeah, it's easy.
I'd give him around 6-6.5 or at most 7....
He doesn't sound like fluent in English and his pronunciation is bad...
I really love to watch your videos and your advice. I took my Ielts test last week and it will be sent after 10 days roughly. I have a question about the speaking part if I use more than 10 less common vocabulary and between 4-5 idioms both used successfully. In addition, no hesitation at all and extended the answers. The examiner was impressed. How useful to use less common vocabulary and idioms. Thanks in advance.
+محمد القحطاني Hmm, interesting question. Certainly it is a positive to use a broad range of vocabulary which is indicated by using very specific (less common) words when possible. It is very important that these higher level vocabulary are used well. Definitely this will give you a higher score.
it is very helpful for me to learning English.
You are most welcome. Also check us out at www.aehelp.com
I think he deserves an 8.Seems unfair that the lady in the blue dress got 8 with all the 'uhming' she did. I don't think I could score a 8 because of the strange criteria in IELTS. I have had my primary and secondary education in English (Edexcel exams) and finished two degrees in the UK.The UK didn't require IELTS in those days because I had Edexcel exams. Now I want to move to Aussie and they require IELTS for everything. I might barely get a 7. Who knows what they can lower your band for! Could be anything.Even though you can manage a proper conversation in the real world.
Hi Centigradz, You should be more confident, judging from your writing, I think you would do quite well on IELTS. Study the exam, do a few practice tests and I'm sure you'll be okay. Good studies from www.aehelp.com

Malaysia is considered a high GDP country or a low GDP country?
The examiner looks so pissed of
DaNgEr88GiRL lol, no the examiner is not pissed off, he's just serious. IELTS interviewers are supposed to have a neutral affect so as to minimize the influence on the candidates response. It is important that the candidates' quality of response is not influenced by the examiners mood.
AcademicEnglishHelp Thank you for the lesson. I'm an Arabic speaker and I'm going to have my first IELTS test on this Saturday, and I'm really nervous. If this was my exiaminer I probably going to choked.
+DaNgEr88GiRL hey there, could you please tell us how your exam was? I'm preparing for it too, I'm a little nervous hhhh
DaNgEr88GiRL How was ur exam ?
how was ur exam?
He should be given higher marks! Over 8
this is not 7.5 he atleast deserves 8.5 i watched some other videos and there are people can’t really talk and got the same point as he did
there are some points he could improve on to get 8.5, see all videos and explanations in our full course at www.aehelp.com
His accent is really bad
He doesnt worth it
Today is my speaking test in IELTS exam .. so nervous .
Is it real Interview or just Simulation?
There was another video here, with this guy being an interviewee. But his name was Mohammed. And I'm sorry for my rusty French but wtf?
Please'Without subtitles
There are some, please search the channel.

+Diogo Oliveira Have you sat the test Diogo? What were your scores? Can you share your experience and give tips to other viewers of what you found effective?
I didn't use complicated or advanced vocabulary, I am nervous about my result :(
i just got my score and i got a 7.5 band on speaking, i must say i have an excellent accent and i did waaaay better than him , why is that ?
Hi Natalie, it's hard to say without hearing the interview. Accent is not overly important in the final result. The level of complexity and accuracy of response is much more pertinent. Either way 7.5 is a good score. Keep up the good studies. www.aehelp.com/full-course/
I agree with you Natalie. And my hypotheses is that, it depends on the interviewer like Filipino interviewers are very stringent in giving scores. I speak better than him with correct american accent, more fluent and responsive than him with accuracy in my answers, but still got 7.0 in speaking. Unlike, foreign interviewers other than Filipino, they are very generous in giving scores. I just wanted to share this so that people from IELTS will know the problem on Filipino interviewers and their crab mentality.
+Rusty Alegre i live in jordan and was interviewed by a British interviewer... so i guess your hypothesis isn't 100% accurate
Hi Natalie, can you please let me know what hypothesis you are referring to?
+AcademicEnglishHelp the one that rusty was talking about
a person can move their hands & move their body parts in test
It is good to have body language during the speaking part of the IELTS exam as this help your vocalizations and thinking. Good question. www.aehelp.com
I need to improve my english speaking any one can help me ?
I know many native English speakers that are way worse than this guy. Good job!
;) ههههههه فلم هندي... والله ممتاز، بالتوفيق ان شاء الله، ولو الباسبور مقصوص واكسبايرد
and I like so much when he said: reading to children helps parents bond and spend more times with children. coooool
What's up with the atrociously misspelled words? I know it doesn't matter much in the speaking test, but still, this is supposed to be for IELTS.
Goodness.
+kidrm19 Hi Kidrm, Can you please specify which words you are referring to? Thanks.
why i stiil couldnt speak english may be my score only got 2 for ielts speaking test .. i am hopeless for learning language please help me..
Derry Jb Hi Derry, What do you do in one average week to improve your English speaking? If you tell me this, I can help you further.
A student sent us this video and I have to say it is one of the best on IELTS I have seen. Many thanks for sharing it.

I saw this man but with another name? ????Here his name is Ahmad ..in the other video his name is Mohammed ...? Whats wrong? Seriously?
I have bought the whole lesson. But the online videos is soooooo slow. So I have to be here to watch. What's the point of buying class?
Isn't this Mohammed from the other video?
Yes, this is a mock IELTS speaking. It is the same as in the real exam (no cameras or recording gear is allowed into an official IELTS exam) Keep up the good studies. www.aehelp.com
AcademicEnglishHelp my exam is on Thursday, what studies do you recommend for speaking module?
I wish it was the things happen in my first interview IELTS. Actually, the examiner is more pissed off (maybe because of tired), especially with male candidate
He spoke super fast as a rocket in operation and with a very thick accent from somewhere i guess in Scotland or Ireland. Our greeting was about 3 secs. I asked him to repeat questions sometimes but it couldn't change anything.
I don't ignore I really didn't prepare well for the first time but newbies shouldn't expect thing will go on like this video. Please think of the harsh situation you may face to.
+sieunhangaco looool
I am sorry, but no offence, is it really a 7.5? I do not think the vocabulary and fluency are good
Fairyvoice i Yes, this is really a 7.5. Fluency, and vocabulary are not the main factors. Coherence, Complexity and Natural response which accurately addresses the question are key. In this case these are quite good.
whats up with the massive letters, its annoying cause im trying to train my ear and cant avoid seeing them and cant turn them off
I am Chinese. I would like to apply for Master in Malaysia. So I need pass ielts. Who can give me some good advices for speaking.
honghong LIU I think that getting higher score requires more and more practice. Therefore, I recommend to do practice a lot.I need a speaking partner because I will have an İELTS exam next month. If you want to help reciprocally each other, please write your e-mail to do speaking practice via Skype.
honghong LIU hi I'm preparing myself as well for ilets test and I would like a practicing partner if you're interested plz let me know
It is highly frowned upon to say "uhm" when giving a speech or interview. Do not let this man convince you it is a part of using natural language.
The purpose of uhm is to convey unsureness. As often as he is using it, it makes him sound like he does not know what he wants to say and that he lacks confidence in his abilities.
Isn't the title supposed to be: "with an Arabic speaker"
I would like to improve my english with a partner, please help me!
we can practice on Skype.. amit.saha2511
+amit saha my skype is Thùy Nguyễn with email nguyenthanhthuy120597@gmail.com. can u add me?

Hi Thuy my skp id is engspkng2016
I got a 7 MWAHAHAHA im from kuwait
I have a question, he said" my father and his sibling was raised.....etc. is it correct to use was instead of were?
It's incorrect, he should use were to indicate plural rather than was.
Mohammed Al-Ghamdi You are correct!
I want to improve my English speaking skills. Who can help me? In exchange I can help with Russian, Kazakh, Turkish.
His pronunciation so bad
PMGM Inventor better than your English
he has another video where his name was mohammed and now it's ahmed
I have a feeling this interview is been arranged, thats not to say the answers aren't great.
+Mazen Khiami Hi Mazen, Yes. All the interviews you see online are arranged as it is forbidden to videotape an official IELTS exam. Nevertheless, these interviews reflect the real situation accurately. Keep up the good studies. www.aehelp.com
wasn't this the same guy called Mohammed? what's up with this channel
These are mock interviews. The interviewee's identity is kept confidential. Real interviews are not filmed in IELTS as this simply wouldn't be fair to the candidate. What you see here is 100% similar to the real exam. Good studies.
I need someone to talk in English with. ...kakao talk ID, Mahaworld ..... I got 6.5 last time
i am also intrested to practice through skype
Is there any video of a native Indians who have scored 7.5 and 8 band in IELTS?
I have a question, how much does your accent influence on the mark? For example, who will be more penalized between a person having a strong American accent and another having French accent?
Not much, as long as your speech is comprehensible it shouldn't affect your score at all. Keep up the good studies. www.aehelp.com
I thought his name was Mohammed?!
he is has got very good response tho
His speaking is not actually 7.5 but because of his vocabulary and his best ideas I suppose that he achieved 7.5
He sure does, IELTS is testing your language AND communication.
Is it official IELTS test or something?
It is a mock sample exam.
first rule you cannot sit like in front of teacher...hands on table like that is not allowed...
There’s a something called e-book dude
What do you mean? Please be more specific.
it is nice video tutorial. My name is Arifin, from Indonesia. I am visual impairment. May you tall me how do I take a ielts test?

The spelling for native
I would like to improve my English speaking ... can i get a partner who can help me ..
i want to ask .. what pronunciation required in IELTS Exam .. British Or American.
Or Both are acceptable ?
both are acceptable
You gonna be kidding? This indicate can't be 7.5 .
Yes, coherent and complete answers like this will get you 7.5
AcademicEnglishHelp If coherent and complete answers like this will get you 7.5, what makes a non-native speaker gets total score?
Hi Filipi,
I am not sure what you are asking. This speaker is not a native English speaker, he is a native Arabic speaker.
Please rephrase your question to help me understand what you are asking.
For me this guy did a good exam.
Why he didn't score 100%?
Hi Filipi, Good question. please take a look at the end of the lesson where the teacher explains why the score is a 7.5 rather than a 9.
I think the 7.5 is about right - his pronunciation, while good, might have kept him from getting 8s across the board
if he takes 7.5 with such awful pronounciation , i cant imagine how much would i get !
+solomon reyiz It's interesting that you find his pronunciation difficult to understand, I would argue that it is quite clear for a non-native speaker. However, this also depends on where you learned English and what accents you are familiar with. This is why pronunciation is not a big part of the speaking score, as long as it does not greatly impact comprehensibility. Keep up the good studies, www.aehelp.com
AcademicEnglishHelp Thanks but i think it in a totally different way. Why we speak english ? of course to be understood by other people all around the world. If they cannot, then there is no point to speak even with a perfect fluency.
What happen if I speak less than 2 minutes in the second part?
You will most likely lose points as you didn't complete the task fully. Lots of practice with IELTS interviews before the exam is the key - you can do that here www.aehelp.com
Pl sent more videos full interview
i think he is a 8 band, you can completely understand him
Good day sir, just want to ask if its possible for me to take an Ielts exam here in Saudi Arabia because i'm presently working here in Jizan and i think there's no test center here for that purpose. Is there any other options that you can advised us who do wanted to take the ielts test specially those who are here in Saudi for work?
Yes, there are several test centers in S. Arabia. For the most suitable test center and date visit, www.ielts.org
there is a center in Abha, you can try there.
would you like to join me in preprations?
I believe that a candidate will not be able to get higher than 6.5 with this kind of simplicity.
+Maroo Noor Not correct!
Complexity is one of the most overrated aspects of IELTS responses. Fluency, coherence, and actually answering the question are much more important than using "complex" language.

Celebrity ghosip? Jesus….
You had said that
It takes 14 min to complete
But its only 7 min
I ask myself after I watched this video. Why won't I deserve to get 7.5?
Thank you so much for correction, sir.
I need your help. Can you help me sir?
simple sentences and limited vocabulary, but better than me
speaking test evaluation depends on the examiner and the resultd varies beteen each one ,totally unfair
Hi Ahmed, In fact, the examiner does not grade the speaking test. It is recorded then evaluated by two independent graders. The average of the two scores is given. Both graders follow a strict marking rubric. This is the method to produce the most objective mark possible. Of course, this is not perfect as grading human language and communication is extremely difficult, but it is the best in our current day. Keep up the good studies and learn more at www.aehelp.com/full-course/
