When she put herself in prison at the end of the angle episode made her character the best. I know fans want to think that spike was the best overall character but he wasn’t. He got a soul to get in Buffy’s pants, so it wasn’t like he was doing it out of the goodness of his heart.

@@isaacortiz4617 I actually liked the flaw of him “needing” to protect Buffy. I mean, the guy was probably naturally great at everything he had ever done up to that point and it got to him that Buffy was better. And to quote Clem, “yeah, he seemed cute.”
Is it just me everything a slayer "dies" they come back 10x stronger. Buffy died she came back a beat the master. She died and came back and beat up the bikers. She came back to fight Willow. Faith came back and fought Buffy twice in a different body and was still quick on her feet
