He was working on this album while making beats for other artists and on top of that than being an accident Where he almost Lost his life or at least his voice.
yeah. My first listen was in the car on a roadtrip. I have never felt energy like it before. Family bussiness is one of the most important and impactful songs for me. Also the longing of spaceship is very relatable. I never understood why people find skits in this weird, well I guess they are, but to me they are so funny and iconic. We don't care was an instant hit for me the first time I heard it, when that kid part hit I was amazed. It's was like one of those ones which feels super fresh and powerful. "This is for my brothers outside all winter!"
I think it's cool that you notice how good the drumming is on the album, because Kanye has always said drums were his achilles heel. You can tell he tries really hard to get over that hump.
I’m 32 and still feel young but it’s good to see y’all younger niggas getting hip to real classics. Because music from 2005-2008 was a vibe. Now the 80s and early 90s was real old school😂
What you said about Spaceship reminds me of that quote about breaking a rock. I forget the exact quote, but it’s like it’s not the 10,000th hit that broke the rock but the previous 9,999.
Hard to believe you haven’t hear this 🤨 wish I could hear it for the first time again but thankful my brother was there to raise me on Kanye & the greats during that time. I remember him picking me up from school & playing this 😭
5 (potentially 6) classic solo projects & 2 amazing joint projects with Jay & Cudi. Before he turned into a Kardashain, he was HIM when it cam to this Hip-Hop shit.
Tbh, I don't really care for his opinions as of now, its just him being goofy and making no sense and people are trying too hard to make him look like a literal criminal, its mindblowing.
One can only imagine if Kanye had only driven a few minutes earlier or later and the accident never happened. Likely graduation would be different, 808's, MBDTF, and every subsequent album may have never existed, his deteriorating mental state likely wouldn't be as bad as it is today.
Good question. I have a RUclips Premium subscription and RUclips Music comes as the part of the package(no ads). There's no equalizer for YT Music so I just use an extension. I had a Spotify subscription in the past, and I miss the equalizer they had, but I didn't want to pay for both plans.

Wish i vould hear this album for the first time again.

Kanye's discography is unmatched fr
It's so sad to see the greatest hip hop artist of all time get destroyed by mental illness and bad influences. His Discog is incredible tho
He's fine. just cause dumb people can't understand him doesn't mean that he is wrong
You sound like Harley Pasternak.
He's completely fine, we are the crazy ones
@@mikeysrightleg1880 💀

Life of Pablo and prior albums are all flames my guy

The end of work out plan , j cole samples it in his song “work out”
I still can’t believe people are just now listening to these masterpieces
Crazy that his debut album is one of his greatest work
I really enjoyed this reaction, you're very smart with your observations, you know how to listen to an album, thank you
Insane Album, thanks for this reaction

Album is incredible!
Get ‘Em High I play it all the time
the end of new workout plan was sampled by jcole's song work out which is probably where you heard it before
It’s such a weird sample by itself but somehow Cole made it work(out for him)
@@justdatboie W
@@justdatboie according to J Cole, he claimed this song was his least favorite on TCD so he wanted to sample it and improve on it himself
Incredible reaction!!!! Keep up the good work
Ooh, hecky nah, that boy is raw

The end of New Workout Plan that you said you have heard before is a sample that J Cole used on his song Work Out. I was wondering if you'd catch that
I was like “I knew I’ve heard that before”. I would’ve never thought someone would use THAT part of the song but Cole made it work🤷🏾♂️
@@justdatboie He really did
Loved your reactions keep up the good work man

"Distant Lover" by Marvin Gaye is the sample Kanye used for Spaceship
love his music and tell anyone who will listen how much I love Kanye as an artist.
There is ZERO chance this is his first time hearing this 😂😂😂
I mean, I only heard it 1 month ago my guy
@@ocuito4972 there’s no hate if you heard it before I just think being transparent would be better for the viewers

J Cole sampled the end of "Workout Plan" on Work Out

Yo if you haven't heard of Talib, check out BlackStar. Him and Mos Def(Yaasin Bey) are crazy good and staples of 90s early 00s hip hop
That intro catch me off guard
Bro a genius
what you meant is that metro boomin track with takeoff is like this track lol
good video!!!! 👍
Hey Justdat, Im new to your channel, but why are you listening on Yt Music instead of Spotify? Just asking

I miss the old kanye.
Not the 🐈 disclaimer to being the reaction🤦🏾♂️
Never Let Me Down might be my favorite song of all time. Definitely the best Kanye song imo.
Old Kanye was different. His last two albums don't even compare to this
You’ve really never heard of spoken word poetry??? Bro
Ye is going where no man has gone before. Try to understand that.
I also find is super hard to believe you've never heard this, hmmmm?
Of course some of the radio hit’s I’ve heard but I’m taking the time to sit down and listen to the WHOLE album beginning to end.
Please don't ever disrespect Kanye compare him with Kendrick and Travis
rodeo getting 0 votes is crazy
bro please listen to kanye album in the order they released don't skip albums in between
Kanye is the goat
I miss kanye
Hes still alive yk
