Ngl... I liked Omniverse until the words "you remain above the law" were uttered.
In 5 words, the writers made Ben from a well-meaning moron to a big bad Vilgax could only dream of being. The Plumbers are now authoritarians enforcing their will onto the galaxy and Ben is their posterboy and ultimate weapon (kind of like Generator Rex if Providence were pure evil).
