About the "Parmesean" thing, it's because they switched universes again a while back, with the only difference between this and previous universe being the way Parmesan is pronounced
It was because the original jerry of the family universe destroyed it with mr. frumbles
@@BossManiack- and HE wasn’t even the original Jerry…That guy was killed by Rick Prime in the “Cronenberg” universe.
Parmesan is a reference to the current dimension Rick and Morty are in.
When they left the Cronenberg world, they came to this one. And the only change that's different is how "permesan" is pronounced.
I work in a food service industry and I legit said "Parmeesian" to my executive chef just because Rick and Morty got me saying it like that. 😂
14:40 I remember the K'Nex sets, i had a couple (a bike and a microlite that could be combined to make plane) not sure if you can still get them.
The whole theme of this episode was a play on Soylent Green, which was an old sci-fi movie from 1973 starring Charlton Heston, where they turn people into food to solve a hunger crisis.

Seeing that old man life in my first time watching this episode got me in tears life is beautiful even you going though bad times.
When R&M escaped the “Cronenberg” universe in Season 1, they went to what is called the “Replacement” universe (it was never given a name or nomenclature). Then, in the S6 premiere Mr. Frundles destroyed that universe, so everyone escaped to the “Permesean” universe (the current universe).

Season 7 was okay, but this episode in particular was a very bright spot in that season and it's in the top 10 episodes for me.

Tbh I wouldn’t care. They became spaghetti. Different universe with different types of death effects. It’s no longer human flesh so yeah give me a plate.
