Why do you say great deal? Compared to US/UK prices? The property needs quite a bit of work. If you add 100k for new kitchen etc then it will be 350k for an apartment with a great terrace in Puglia.
@@mradventurer8104 350k wouldn’t get you a 300 square foot studio in New York or DC or San Francisco or Seattle. Everything is relative. As far as London goes? You might be able to buy someone’s garage in their back yard. Here you get to do the kitchen and bathrooms the way you want. I find Italian kitchens and especially their bathrooms are absolutely hideous 🤷♂️
@@keithss67 I know this and that was my point: If you compare to New York or San Franscisco then you could pay double for an appartment and still say it's a great deal. But compared to local apartments I doubt if this price is a great deal. But some viewers of this channel say that Ostuni is more expensive than some other places in Puglia so the price may be ok. Anyway, it's a nice place with a great terrace for those who can afford it.
This is a good property with that amazing terrace and mainly is very bright usually those flats in the center of Ostuni are very dark. An open plan kitchen is a must there and a small outside kitchen.
Yes, you always have pros and cons from modern to old listings, if you like light and practical living the older properties often don’t make much sense
The price of 250k is good for Ostuni. I like those renderings you showed. It would make a nice year around flat. What is the estimate to finish it off like those renderings? Ciao
I love it! Thank you for showing this place!
For the price? Great deal! Definitely open the kitchen up. Would make the living room look twice as big 👍
Yes totally, silly to have it closed like that, rendering gives a good idea of what it could be like

Is this still on sale? Are the bathrooms still al grezzo . Would much prefer if they were frankly. Thanks

You mean the location is good ? I agree if you like living in central Ostuni.😉
@@mradventurer8104It’s where a lot of people want to come so it would rent out well too
@@nortontanzarella9857 What kind of music is that? Which track?
What kind of cost for completing apt? Estimate?
Newer building, No star or barrel vaulted ceilings, Bit of a walk to Centro Storico, unfinished and unfurnished and they want $250K - no thanks!
Add to that, cheap, ugly floor tiles.
Yes, you can do better elsewhere. This is overpriced.
Isn't that price high for all the work you have to do to it?
Not really for Ostuni considering the size of the property
To me it seems high too. But perhaps Ostuni is relatively expensive so you could go to other towns to get a better deal?
Massively overpriced.
