Great idea on the headboard. I like to take old chairs and recover the bottom half say that is cloth. I like to recover things like that. I also like to spray paint baskets. It is fun to be creative.
I've always admired that sign above your sofa! Was especially thrilled that you created it yourself. Sorry, but I'm a lot put off by all the circuit use going on. Discovered you recently, wishing you the best. Happy, healthy delivery.
Hi! I LOVE your Francavilla & Son's sign (in addition to everything else in your home 💕) My great grandparents came over to the United States from Francavilla al Mare in Italy when they were late teens I think and then got married here. ❤
The marble cake stand is such a beauty! The candle holder makes it so unique...the look, thickness etc. I love domed cake stands, so not to negate all the the other great ideas, but that one is m fav!
These are such great DIYs! Real great decor pieces that are timeless and not cheap or junky looking. So awesome, well done! I just got married and am renovating the bathroom on a budget. These kind of videos are so great please make more like this! Blessings!
Oh my your finds..marble candle stand you created! What a find, $3 (50% sale!) for the marble. I would NEVER know you put all 3 separate pieces together, WOW!
Great ideas. I made my own upholstered headboard too using an existing headboard, batting, a ticking stripe shirt and staple gun. So easy and inexpensive.
Just came across your channel. You are very inspirational. Love your garden etc. Going away for a few days & looking forward to binging on your videos😉😍 (Northern Ireland)
Thanks for sharing! I love everything you shared today. I love to thrift and make things over as well. I have been doing it for many years. Love your home and what you do to make it look beautiful. It is wonderful to find someone who is a believer and shares her love for Christ as well.
I have marveled at your faux beams since you put them up and I didn’t know you made the cake stand. It’s gorgeous! I made a tufted king headboard for my SIL it was such a fun project to do. Thank you so much for participating! I truly appreciate it! 😘😘😘
Andrea - I love all of your projects. They all look like they came straight from Pottery Barn. I always love when you can take two different items and come up with new piece like your cake stand. The two signs you made were perfect. I love that they have sentimental meaning as well. These both looked totally antique! Perfect job with all these projects. Thank you for sharing. Have a lovely day. Blessings - Judith
Thank you very much for ideas. All beautiful projects, but my favorite is undoubtedly the back of the master bedroom bed.Thank you Andrea. Much love and many blessings 🌹👍💖
Andrea, great look for less inspiration ideas! I am the same way about Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware, I love the "look" but not always the cost. I try to achieve the look in my home by thrifting as well and I love finding a "dupe" or just creating the look myself. Great video! ❤
Good morning, Andrea! You are so inspiring! I love to see what you've done and how you've changed your home into a lovely, warm environment for your family. These ideas are wonderful and I look forward to your next video. Stay well! Nancy
Each of your ideas were great. I have long admired and wondered about your living room sign so was especially glad to learn about it. Fabulous!!!You make the most beautiful things. Love it all. Thanks for sharing.
New Subscriber here. Glad to participate with you. I never pass up a piece of salvage wood, well as long as it's a good price. That what I always make my sign out of. All your project turned out so elegant. Thanks for sharing'
This may be just what we want. Thanks! How did you do the headboard? Attach it to the wall? Prop it on the bead against the wall? Added legs and attach it to the frame?
Great video, great ideas for recreating a whole different look out of inexpensive items, you had some great looks for less, especially fond of your drop cloth head board as well as the ceiling beams, you would have never known. Love your home always look forward to your videos. Thanks for sharing.🌷🌷
Great DIY's! I have made the same type of headboard it is one of my favorite projects too. I use drop cloths for everything! I want to make a sign now. I love the aged looks of yours so much. Thanks for sharing!
Andrea, I'm so thankful that you share so much with us and I just love everything you do being so thrifty. Ive been wanting to do the beams but knowing I couldn't afford them right now. Oh boy I'm so excited I will get them after all. I love the bed, and the cake stand. I to wondered where you found such pretty cake stand. Again, thanks for sharing everything!

LOVED all your suggestions! Classy yet cost effective! Your home is ADORABLE btw, really love your mix of cottage and antique!! Your bedroom is so dreamy! Where did you get your pillows/comforter??
Love your home ! What are your kitchen counters made of ? I like the dark counters with the white cabinets !! Would love to eventually paint my cabinets and replace my counters to achieve the look you have . English Country cottages are my absolute favorite.... Most of my inherited old furniture is dark mahogany and of very good quality so I dare not paint them but I'm having such a problem lightening things up in my home . Any suggestions ? Thank you, Becky
your diys truly look high end. did you do the board and batten yourself? or was it already in your home? you have a lovely home. first time viewer, but it won't be my last time!! am a new subbie too! looking forward to seeing the rest of your videos. something fun to do while social distancing.
Beautiful! I was going to say I couldn’t have a headboard like that because I have cats 🐱 and they would scratch the heck out of it, but then I saw that you had a cat laying at the end of your bed 😂 Does your kitty not scratch it? Love your handmade signs, those are gorgeous! ❤️
All fabulous ideas! But I especially love your attitude and smile!

Francavilla is an actual town in province of Chieti, Abruzzo region in Italy. Brought back many happy memories
Oh my goodness I had someone else tell me that, too! My husband was born in Germany but his biological father was Italian :)
Great 5! Loving the signs and the cake stand
Thank you so much!! :)

Love your ideas! Now I'm on the hunt to make one of those cake stands!
Zara is doing a candle marble gold stand for £19. All you need is to get the glass cloche.
The signs.... the signs... are just gorgeous!! Would you mind sharing the size and font style of the stencils you used?🌸💕
Beautiful! All of it! 💖 What did you use to glue the marble to the candle holder?
I got the stencils you linked for your sign, but they were different than yours
your diys truly look high end. did you do the board and batten yourself? or was it already in your home? you have a lovely home. first time viewer, but it won't be my last time!! am a new subbie too! looking forward to seeing the rest of your videos. something fun to do while social distancing.
Where did you get your bedroom brass lights
How did you attach the headboard to your bed?
Did you use the same stencils that are linked? They don’t look the same and I am looking for the exact ones you used. Thanks
Great video, new subscriber here, thanks for sharing
Thank you so so much!! :)
Maybe you should use the stripper spray on the floor!🤔
what color are your walls in your living room??
Beautiful! I was going to say I couldn’t have a headboard like that because I have cats 🐱 and they would scratch the heck out of it, but then I saw that you had a cat laying at the end of your bed 😂
Does your kitty not scratch it?
Love your handmade signs, those are gorgeous! ❤️
Haha it hasn't been too bad actually! They love crawling up there and looking out the window, but they don't scratch at it really at all!
Would the "citrus strip" work on the floor?
No need to get an authentically vintage sign, when you can make one as gorgeous as yours.
You have exquisite taste!
🌸💗💗🌸
