Great instruction guide, I can now enter my car. Just sat here contemplating life and came across your video. My day is now fulfilled, I will search for love and physical fitness tomorrow. All thanks to you, Car Key Man x
Great guide :) A tip = After first turning the screwdriver a bit, I used a thumbnail to open the key all way around, to prevent damages from using the screwdriver - great to save easy money on this. Thanks for fine guides 😀
You have explained everything in perfect way main is how to open and then take out cell,in few minutes you delivered perfectly ,salute to you for this as it will save many persons remote could break if you havenot taught perfectly 🌹🌹🙏🌹🌹
Thank you for this. How often do you find the battery needs replacing? I did mine about a year ago and it’s warning me that the fob has low battery already.
Cheers. Thanks for this really helpful video. I have a maruti suzuki dzire 2017 model here in India and the key fob is the same except for an extra button to open the boot.
Thank you so much man! My Toyota Glanza (literally the same car but different brand) here in India has the same proximity key. I perfectly did the battery swap without even scratching it.🥹 Simple and perfect. Thanks for this again.❤
I changed my old key to new flip key in my swift. After this when i insert key showing key warning signal. Its able to open the door with this key there is also a problem when opening the door the alrm was ringing. What's the solution for this
Yes, it worked before changing the battery. The solution for me was a really weird one and it just might be a coincidence: after I locked/unlocked the car with the spare key a few times, the other key (the one I changed the battery from) started working as well.

what about reseting-pairing? Does this battery replacement required re-connecting with the unique security settings of the vehicle?
Hello Rinat. When I've changed these, I haven't needed to recode the car in any way, so hopefully you'll be fine just to change the key battery

Hi, does the key look like the one in the video, or are you trying to change a fixed blade remote into a flip key?

After changing the battery the car doesn't recognize the remote control/proximity key. Anybody else had that problem?
Hi, did it work before you changed it?
Was this resolved?
Yes, it worked before changing the battery.
The solution for me was a really weird one and it just might be a coincidence: after I locked/unlocked the car with the spare key a few times, the other key (the one I changed the battery from) started working as well.
