Coconut Milk Pudding (Kanom Tuay) | Steamed Coconut Milk Pudding | Thai dessert
Another ancient Thai dessert which in this instance is traditionally served in a small bowl. This soft jelly like treat is divided into two layers - A top and bottom layer which come together to create a delicious sweet and salty flavour.They are quite easy to make, and don’t need many ingredients which makes them a low cost and popular street food.
ingredients / recipe - rice flour mix
- 60 g. rice flour
- 1 Tbsp. tapioca starch
- 125 g. palm sugar
- 200 g. coconut milk
- 200 g. Pandan water/ water
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 380 g. coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp rice flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
