I live in Dublin and you did a great job articulating pros and cons. I would add that traffic at 580/680 is becoming worse. We need a flyover from 580 West to 680 South. A lot of folks heading to South Bay that way. Love your videos !!

My grandfather lived in Dublin, CA going back to the early 1940's. He told me about when the war trains would go through usually twice a day....flat cars carrying Sherman tanks on their way to Alameda to be loaded onto ships bound for the South Pacific, to help deal with Mr. Tojo. This was before Starbucks people. Anyway, he would walk along the RR tracks and clean up any trash or debris in order to help ensure safe passage...and this was accomplished WITHOUT Home Depot. Many was a foggy night he would hear the lonesome whistle of those trains passing through. Godspeed he would say to himself. Godspeed and safe travels men. That's back when Dublin was doing it's part for the Great Effort. Not sure what it's doing now. Probably just putting up more Starbucks Coffee boutiques so people have a place to show off their latest tattoos and nose rings probably. Anyway, more to follow........

Dublin was a nice place to live in the 80's and 90's. Now its just an overcrowded/overpriced suburb of L.A. 😢

Dublin is quite a distance from LA, but it has DEFINITELY changed since the 80s and 90s. Thanks for watching!
