I like to choose something else from the other 4 for a bit leading up to game start because it gets em pogging out when I finally switch. It's like you just chugged the whole pint at the bar and they all cheerin.

I think the biggest giveaway for cheaters when they're on your team is you never see them using abilities. This guy rarely used any ability that isn't shoot
Whole probably true I had a Bap cheater in gold who actually used CDs and abilities really well. Kind of crazy.
Cheaters are usually people who don't know how to actually play the game.

Ngl as a support main I don’t pay attention enough to know if my dps are using abilities, I’m already doing that for the enemy team and keeping track of health bars, now I’m responsible for that so I can tell if they are healing? It’s on the enemy team to say sum in chat before I look for a cheater on my team

I always get so confused when spectating someone on the red team, it's like "why aren't you shooting them? You're right behind them and they dont onow You're- wait, oh, thats your teammate."
As a Mercy, it’s usually not our fault if we don’t notice a healer. We literally juggle everything at the same time, protecting ourselves, babysitting everyone else, I’m sorry if we don’t see someone aimhacking😂.

as a mercy main player, I was pretty worried when the person in chat mentioned the rezzing and how its bannable, mostly because I figured flats would go along with it.. but holy shit he didn't! he actually was like dude use your brain, thank you for actually sticking up for us! and btw if I knew there was a cheater in my team regardless if I'm playing comp or not, I will not even play the game, and just let the enemy team cap
Flats is one of the only OW streamers who I know will actually stand up for Mercy players and he doesn't even play Mercy. One of the reasons why I enjoy his content and will actually listen to what he has to say about possible Mercy balancing ideas if he were to ever post about it.

I swear man. I had the exact thing happen to me, found a Ash player that literally had 40 kills (all headshots). I new it wasn't possible considering their reaction time was so fast.
They kept saying that their on console, but even then. On console that was WAY too fast.
He didn't even use his full name, just started saying some twitch name.
It pains me when they get butt hurt because their gonna be reported.

You at least gain benefit in comp but in fucking NO LIMITS. This guy is just so bad at video games the only thing he can do is cheat. Some people are not cut out for playing video games

I will say, I think one of the reasons I like OW so much recently is because cheaters can easily get rolled just because of how the game is designed. And to be fair I don't think I've ever went against a cheater in my time playing.
Towards the end of ow1 cheating was RAMPANT but now they are few and far between thankfully

Honestly, props to the mei players that game
To the person in Flat's chat, you have to be a truly sad individual if you hate Mercy players THAT MUCH to come up with a BS reason to report them like that. It's the start of the game and probably doesn't know they are cheating. You can see later on in the game how she doesn't always heal him, doesn't rez him anymore, and is running around with her pistol out instead. She has figured out they are cheating and so is no longer helping them. Prime example, at 12:00 he is 50hp and Mercy is right there on his left. She does not heal him and has her pistol out and just walks past him and lets him die. Doesn't rez him either.
Ikr. I have had this happen to me before in comp koth as Mercy. The moment the enemy team pointed out to my team that my soldier 76 pocket was cheating (which I already suspected because he was hitting all his shots), I switched to zen and just started doing zen things while refusing to heal him. The only healing he got from our team was occasionally from running into my Moira while she healing my other teammates in round 1. In round 2, because he was still having a large impact, we just threw the match as a team and let the enemy win the game.

Most overwatch players would go something like "What does that got to do with me?" Maybe even pocket them harder.
I think it's the Jay effect where some content creators who play the game 24/7 think that people in gold should be able to somehow know that a person on their own team is cheating (without replay) or 100% trust anyone on the other team that says it's true and draw. Problem is that people at that level sometimes claim hacking when it's just a good or lucky shot.
