That's not fair for the courts to drag this 😡. If it was someone black and old shooting someone white they would not be able to bond out. They would be in jail.

Why would you turn away someone that got shot especially someone as young as he was that's deplorable who are these people and I bet you if it was a white young man they would probably help him.
1:46 TERRIBLE how hard is it to call 911??? a few years ago a man tried TO UNALIVE ME. I was running covered in blood begging for help. People actually yelled at me to get off their property. I had to run 2 streets to a fire station to get help.

The DA has to go with a charge that fits the law as well as can be proven in court...the jury will decide Not guilty if the DA cannot prove the charges
I've mixed up addresses plenty times and I've knocked on wrong doors/units and rang bells looking for folks that stayed across the hall, different floors, and buildings. I wasn't shot 🙏🏾🤷🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️.

The Justice System is notoriously slow but that is our system and you have to let it take it's course. I'm not sure how taking his tiny house away from him will bring any actual Justice? Its kind of early to discuss restitution when the criminal trial is not completed yet? I don't have any sympathy for the man, he could have asked the young mannwhat he wanted or just not answer the door. People think a gun is their only solution...maybe stay inside your house and call the police...if someone is physically breaking in...then you can shoot
They will not be getting anything financially and that man will not be charged with any type of murder😢😢 they will simply blame it on the fact that he was an elderly man he was afraid for his life and he had the right to protect himself at all costs it's really sad but true the judges and the criminal system do not care so grateful he's alive and that he's doing well

That sucks for the homeowners association. Those owners had nothing to do with the actions of that old man, but they will suffer the consequences financially.
There are so many missing pieces in this whole scenario, so many unanswered questions. What young person doesn’t have a cell phone these days. Who in their right mind bangs on a door at a totally dark house? So many unanswered questions.
