    Likely the best filming of a harrier demo on RUclips. Great job!

    I remember watching this happening in real life for the first time! It was loud, but nonetheless awesome!

    Wow. They don't call it a Short Take-off for nothing that's for sure.

    Can the jump jet run a telepathic guidance system the jet knows what it's doing before you do

    I love jet noise, but not that thing. It's a total skull-splitter in vertical modes. I had to spend some close-range time with it.

    How can it stay in balance in the air?

    • @Voodoo1650
      @Voodoo1650  6 лет назад +4

      The Harrier's have what's called 'puffer' jets, one on each wing tip, and one on the nose and one on the tail that help with the balance of the jet when it's in a hover. Check out this page, it gives a pretty good explanation www.harrier.org.uk/technical/How_Hovers.htm

    SWEEEET PLANE! Years ago one of these beauties did a demo flight at a Blue Angels show at Pensacola NAS. Pilot must've been nervous. While demonstrating a sweet hover & vertical landing, he forgot to deploy his gear. BELLY FLOP! Embarrassing and EXPENSIVE.
