- CP Gurnani, Co-Founder of AIonOS and former CEO of Tech Mahindra, discussed the disruptive impact of Chinese AI startup DeepSeek in an exclusive interview. Gurnani highlighted how DeepSeek has revolutionized AI development by dramatically reducing the cost of building foundational large language models (LLMs) from over $100 million to under $5 million. This breakthrough, he explained, could accelerate the global adoption of AI, especially in India, by making AI more affordable and accessible. He also emphasized that while India has already begun developing its own AI models, DeepSeek’s open-source approach could encourage more countries and entrepreneurs to create competitive LLMs. He noted that the key to AI's future lies in reducing infrastructure costs and developing use cases for industries like travel, logistics, and agriculture. Gurnani also shared insights into his collaboration with DeepSeek to set up an AI center in Indonesia, focusing on practical applications in sectors such as agritech and security.

Imagine if it was an Indian company that created Deepseek....😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 it will be 24hr indian news
First external forces would not allow this to happen. Secondly, external forces would either buy that company or kill that model

Quality of life, better pay etc.
Simple reason. Indian Brians don't work when they are in India.😂
@@lhxperimentalcan you define quality of life ? Better pay is debatable as cost of living is high in the west
@@hanadmahamud9053For me: Clean air, clean surroundings, public spaces less crowded, more recreation options like parks and outdoor activities, better baseline civic sense, people minding their own business in general, legal system that isn't completely broken etc. etc.
Many expenses are globally priced such as commodities, electronics etc. If you are going to remit money to India it gives you huge purchasing power compared to someone earning an Indian salary.
@@URL2356 pollution , high taxes , more money in US in lass time which you can bring to India and live like a king
