You know we live in a strange country when people who aren't hurting anyone find themselves being treated like this, honestly find it odd they care this much considering the state of most city centres.
You all have always had massive respect for your surroundings. They should thank you Craig for looking after it so well On wards and up wards dude 🤘☠️🤘
When I saw the tent, I first thought that it was Polish or even Soviet production. I had to use such tents made of canvas they are very heavy. I heard that in the UK it is difficult to find a place for such things, since the population density is large and all the lands belong to someone. It is sad that now the international situation is tense and there are serious difficulties in moving citizens from the European Union , UK to Russia and vice versa. Here in Russia, even near Moscow, you can find very wild places. There you can build anything and most likely no one will ever destroy your buildings. I don’t know if it is possible near London, for example. There is paradise for Bushcraft. I even saw a small house built in the city of Moscow in the park. It is very bad what is happening now, because there could be such a type of tourism. Very interesting and unusual. Most often, foreigners visited Moscow in Russia, Petersburg, possibly Baikal, Trans -Siberian Railway. But very rarely they went to the forests to wild places. I had to see such twice. Once a German, and another time an Indonesian. The language barrier prevents. Few people know English here. And now, due to the war, for many years, this will, in principle, be impossible. very sad.
As you said I'm surprised it hadn't happened sooner, sadly not all of us have the same respect for nature so I don't blame the FC for taking down what they find I've seen some filthy sites after the dirty campers have been
It's all about living in a 4 season tent that can be put up and taken down in minutes. If you get moved on no big deal. If you can live off small game you are laughing. Living like that comes with it's challenges but the freedom that comes with it is so worth it. I've been living in a tent 2 years now. I was done working 50 plus hours just to scrape by paying rent and bills and I'd finally had enough of dancing to the hierarchy tune here in the uk. Stay safe everyone and never give up your freedom ❤
I have three stealth campsites on public land that I maintain. They are beautiful. The average age is appropriately three years. So far, so good. If they ever get wiped by the county it would be a shame. We have tons of good clean fun there, and we never litter.
New to your channel and as a Traditional Wheelwright and coach builder... couldn't help immediately noticing your knowledge of various tree species to be brilliant. Also your respect for our very beautiful woodlands in general...is impeccable. Best bedtime viewing I've found in many years. ❤️🇬🇧👍
So excited for the community camp, really hoping I’ll be able to come this time! Camping alone is amazing but it’s a nice little change to camp with like-minded people, and the people you meet are so interesting!!
Thanks for the update. Hope you go on to make new memories at a new camp. Hats off to you wild campers that respect nature and our beautiful forests. Can't wait to get back up to Suffolk for a visit and a long long walk in Thetford forest.😊

Just found your channel recently and as a fellow East Anglian it's always good to see one of us doing bits on RUclips!! I've been watching lots of Americans wild camping and never thought it was possible in East Anglia!! I've been inspired to get some kit together for the summer and have a little camp!! 😁😁
New spot to be found mate. It’s nice to mix up areas and let it rejuvenate. That was a huge amount of firewood after it was all broken down. Great little video as always bro

Big shout out to the FC chaps for saving this man some serious graft😂👍 Love the jets around here. Saw a nice, tight 4 ship formation over Castle Acre yesterday. Epic stuff
I have that tent; it is the French Army F2 Desert tent. It is a good thing but it does leak at the door ties. I have a video on my channel of the wet test that found this. Easy fix, just seal tape the seams and focus where the door ties are. Cheers
Top video, it’s no hardship to change camp location, sometimes a change of location is as good as a rest. I’m loving the light nights hate dark to work and dark leaving.
I grow my shelters and camp inside. A good place to camp is inside blackberries. I lived for a year in Thetford forest. I have two shelters in the UK where I stay whilst working here. The rest of the time I am in Portugal or the Philippines. Come to Portugal.
Yet another great video Craig. Shame that others spoil things for the majority. If I had any woodland you and your mates would very welcome as you show how to camp responsibly.

Awesome video per usual. Shame about your camp being taken down. As a part time park ranger-security guard I have been on both sides of this issue. I always try to get the “ cutting crew” to tidy up their handy work. At least it shows some respect 🫡 to the wood lands and the people who used it to create their version of paradise.
