Mine has never worked. £2k for a premium fire which I canny get any heat from . Tried reloading / deleting apps. Appears everybody had the same problem. How hard is it to make an efficient app ??? Or fit manual controls into the fire !!

Make sure you know what’s your model. For mine I had to download e-smart cloud (not e-touch), connect to the fireplace’s wifi first and then follow instructions on the app.
@@evonicfires3470 OK Thanks, that is the conclusion I came up with after testing. Is there any way to change this? I believe you can add a WIFI module to replace the BT connection?

Nope. Still not working. I gave up in the end . Apps are useless and overly complicated

Hi. Can you control from more than 1 device?
Hi Lee. You can download the app onto as many devices as you wish, however you can only control from 1 at a time.

When trying to connect to the fire it says ‘devices offline’ everything is on. I have tried restarting ? Any ideas

Hi Eamon, make sure your Bluetooth is turned on and try holding the device toward the bottom right hand side of the fire.

This isn’t working for me either … it just says scanning and nothing is coming up ! My phone is connected via Bluetooth settings but not on the app
