    This app does not work. When switching back to our WiFi it cannot find the fireplace so cannot use.

      Exactly the same never connects yet have no issue with any other device

      I’ve had the same problem it gets resolved for a few days then back to no connectivity
      Just not worth it .. with software this bad it needs to be able to manually turn on

    Good evening,
    I'm trying to pair my evonic fire with the e-smart app after changing my local wifi connection (I updated it to a fiber connection) but I can't do it.
    The fire is always switched on (I switched off and on several times, also removing the general energy power) I reset it, i don't know what to do. The only thing i know is that i spent a lot of money without using my fire! Please help me!

    Having issues connecting the fire to the router, this doesn't work. Disappointed
