I understand anxiety. I suffer from rapid cycling bi-polar. I get to endure cycles of anxiety and depression with short periods of normalcy. I say this not to lift myself up but, to let you know that you are not alone. Anxiety can creep up on us unannounced and at other times it can come on so slowly we don't even recognize its arrival until we are overwhelmed. I will pray for you. Hopefully, by the time I have watched your video you are feeling better but, just in case I shall lift you up to our Father's remembrance and ask for His mercy.
