I am very interested in a video about setting realistic stitching goals. As always I enjoy watching your progress on your projects, especially the Long Dog sampler, it is stunning.
Would love to know how you will determine your percentage for the projects. Always enjoy your videos and appreciate the fact your goals are more realistic than most. Already looking forward to the next one. 😊
I look forward to your flosstubes! I have Not A Creature Was Stirring also. You're right-- it's big!!! I, too was surprised! Love your projects! Most important thing you said was " no rush"! I have to remind myself that it's a process and there's no rush. Enjoy the process, relax I agree with the palette cleansers which is what I do as well. Right now it's Almost Winter by Afremov, HAED.
Hello Hallie, your WIP progress is fantastic, and oh so beautiful! I am very interested in your plans to get full coverage completed with statistical stats in a more timely and efficient manner. Bring it on please….! Thank you Hallie for all you do.
Lovely progress on your wips. I love hearing about different peoples goals, especially when they aren't just made up at the moment but actually have been realistically thought out. Last fall I went through and picked all the full coverage wips that I actually have definite "need to finish in a timely manner" purposes, and using the stitch pal app and averaging each month to 30 days, worked out a realistic time frame for each piece with a goal number of stitches per month. After that I chose 3 pieces (one of which is my oldest full coverage) and made a simple goal of one day worth of stitching per month. Beyond that I chose one non-full coverage to be a focus for a finish piece that I want to work on regularly through the month/s til finished. My goals are all set reasonably compared to how many stitches I know I can average with time to spare for the other wips that are not focuses, or just life in general and having time off from stitching for other activities. It gives me the freedom of not being stressed about my progress while having the assurance that I will be able to have these pieces done "in time". Good luck on your planning and happy stitching!
Hi Hallie! Admirable progress as always! Do you watch Jen the Caffeinated Stitcher? That lady is a goal setter! If you haven't followed her, try not to get hung up in the specifics of her year-long plans at first, but she has set attainable goals inside her overachieving goals. It's hard to describe, but since you are going to math out goals for your projects, I think you will enjoy and benefit from seeing how she has broken her goals out. Happy stitches!
Great video. I have a whiteboard with my percentage I want to get too. The number of stitches that it are required. And the per cent I'm currently at. Each month I update the numbers as well as deducting last months stitches. My goa is to aim for zero( working backwards). Just like when you get a colour to zero. It's a lot of fun working out goals and stats. Would love to see a separate video of how you work yours out. Happy stitching 🐈🐈⬛🪡🧵
Enjoying your videos. I would love to keep track of my stitched numbers but I don’t need yet another app to install in my iPhone. 😂 I have too many apps as it is. I do love to hear other’s numbers. Gives me an idea as to how much they stitch a day or in a months time. Happy stitching! 🧵
I would love to see your goal setting method and calculations!! I have been wanting to do something similar with my projects as well. I need to move away from focus finishing small projects to milestone achievement on multiple giant projects so that someday they can join the smaller full coverage on the walls!!
I don't use pattern keeper, but for we non counting folks, page finishes would be easy to calculate numbers on full coverage. Might think about goals...hmmm. you've got me thinking
I would be interested in hearing how you are breaking down your projects into goals. I have 2 full coverage, and it would be interesting to see how long it would take me to finish them.
Hey Hallie! Great progress again. I'd love to hear your numbers planning. I know other folks do the same thing with setting a stitch count or percentage goal now that we have PK but I seem stuck in my page count goals. It's hard enough for me this year knowing my 5 full & 3 partial pages on Friends Forever won't be done til the end of the year since I'm doing ECC. I want to be able to check of page finishes throughout the year! 😂 happy stitching!
Yes I want to see how you divide up your projects! Then I can make more realistic goals as well. Love watching you Hallie!
Love your Halloween piece and the fabric is perfect!!❤
I like the new painting in the background!
So great to see you and stitch while catching up. 🌻🪡🌻
Love that Halloween piece: the black on that gorgeous fabric looks stunning!
And yes please: show me your plans and how you made those plans!

Great progress! I love videos about plans and stitchy statistics! Happy stitching 💜
Yes, please on the planning. Enjoy your family. :) I always take stitching and then just chat. Love my time with loved ones.

I would be very interested in hearing how that works. I do like seeing and hearing about all your projects no matter how it works out.

Thank you for the video and offer to help us figure out when a piece will be done. It might scare me, but I realize it is just a hobby.
I’m goal oriented and a numbers girl so that sounds great to me!

I’m trying to also figure out percentages on my baps to be able to finish them and would love to hear more on how your doing it
I would be interested in seeing a video about your statistics.
Hi Hallie, is the lady on the beach picture, on your wall a cross stitch?
