Batman Arkham Origins - First Time Gameplay Part 29 (Dark Knight Challenges)

While I admit these challenges are not hard to complete, however their damn requirement for precise encounter and environment makes them much harder than they actually are.
Some of them feel like they require me to go ng+ or start entirely new game to get them.
