for the first jump, go to area right beside the pillar with the round sword inserting object near the door. grab to ledge on the platform just below on right side and make wall to wall jump. @@rares_2908 it depends on which edge you are trying to grab, there are two ledges in the area - one used to come back all the way up and other to go down.

Don't worry, this happened to me once and I have to restart from very beginning. If you have already started a ng, I would say just continue playing it rather than getting save file from anyone else as using someone's else can result in ban when playing online.

I deleted the previous save and started a new game now Its working fine. I think it was a game glitch.

@@pandorabox9844 Glad you got the solution. It is a bug which happens in game due to certain actions. If it happens in early game, it's best to start with either new or old save file and if it happens in late game, I think you can progress through game normally but still it's better to start back from the save where the bug is not present.
