Good for Michael for fighting for what he believes rather than just accepting the outcome to get someone convicted he wants the truth and justice for his sister
Children's cases are so hard to listen to :( But you have such a lovely demeanor that it makes it that bit easier.
There should be no statute of limitations for murder. That’s the sole reason the police jumped on the opportunity to prosecute this guy without sufficient evidence. I also don’t think teenagers would be able to create such a fancy underground construction.

I definitely feel the brother has a very strong gut feeling about all of this....just because the guy sentenced was not liked (ok, maybe he was an asshole) doesn't mean he should not receive a fair trial. Just hope one day they will find definitive answers on who did this to little Ursula!
Such a sad case...
IMHO, the police simply zeroed in on a single likely suspect and disregarded everything else. Not matching fingerprints, not matching DNA... the man is most likely not the culprit. But I am wondering about the DNA from that young man unrelated to the case - unless the lab somehow messed the samples, is the young man really unrelated? I mean, if someone involved in Ursula's kidnapping was a friend or relative of the young man's family, the child's hair could have got attached to his clothes and later be shed in the box...
This case is absolutely terrifying to me, not only because an innocent child died so horribly, but because there is possibly not just one innocent man sitting in prison, but two. It baffles me that the prosecution was so set on it being him when all the physical evidence seems to indicate it was someone else, and most tellingly, the DNA did not match *and* matched another violent crime for which another man was convicted. That such a match was found at two violent crimes seems as if it would be a hell of a coincidence. It seems like the justice department just wanted a conviction to save face after botching the case by securing one before the statute of limitations ran out... forgetting it isn't supposed to be about your reputation, but about justice. It is so sad for Ursula and for Michael too...I hope he finds answers someday, and that if one or both of these people are innocent, they are freed.

Germany, Mazarack (no idea if that's even close to correct?) didn't do it! Move on. And a sound expert?? That's absurd! A computer may be able to tell if two sounds are the same, but the human ear cannot.

I feel like the science of sound is very questionable like couldn't that same clicking be made by any other tape recorder made by the same company in the same time frame like slightly questionable
