I kind of liked it better the other way because it felt like a true rap battle, this still slaps hard tho, just my silly little opinion. But I can admit Whitty's vocals are awesome here, especially when they go super deep.
Love the face Whitty makes at 0:56 Like "This guys friggin goofy." And then for that measure only he's just got this disgusted look on his face by the end of it, like he's tired of this weirdo's nonsense. Also love how Julian slowly gets into the song like he's genuinely having a blast.

@@duhsty5877 Since the player's notes are supposed to be one octave lower in that section, I thought Whitty's usual energetic sprites wouldn't really fit, so I made alternate expressions for them that are toned down compared to the original ones. And yeah, I would interpret them as Whitty mocking Julian, indeed.
Hoo boy, that was SICK! You can really hear the subtle differences in Whitty and Julian's voices here and it's great. The way they harmonize at the end is just the icing on the cake, too. Phenomenal work!

This was extremely well made! The vocals were excellent, and matched the song perfectly! The only thing I would’ve suggested is that they use Whitty’s ballistic sprites during the neon-mode phase of the song. It would have looked fintastic!

I think whitty should a middle phase animation like Julien (after he takes his hand out of his pocket at the start) it could have his fuse glowing or sparking, and he would do a bit more movements that seem more bouncy, like how Julien does his. Would be a cool feature honestly since they are related.
Hearing them singing the same song together is really cool, considering that Julian is just an alternate character to Whitty (same character, just different universe).
I’ve watched this beginning to end about 20 times now and I’m not sure if it’s me but… Julian has a more vocal and clear voice all the while still keeping the “electric guitar” sound, it’s more clear and easily heard. Whitty is more raspy and scratchy, more shredded than Julian’s but only slightly.
