This is incredible. While I was able to load RUclips in my bedroom Smart TCL TV, I was not in the same TV in my living room. After following your instructions, I was able to have RUclips loaded. Thank you for the informative video!!! I was down all night last night so I hopped on here this morning to figure it out. RUclips App kept disappearing on my Smart TV, every time I clicked on it. So frustrating. Your very first option worked for me. I simply disconnected the cord from my TV and waited one minute. Turned it back on, now the RUclips App is loading/ updating with a counter clock, once it reached 100% in less than 30 seconds, I was back up and now running. For me what helped was the instructions from minute 05:19 - the uninstall and reinstall of RUclips FIXED IT!! Thanks a lot!

Thank you. Unplugging the TV in "running condition" and then replugging it - a kind of forced reset - helped fix my black screen issue. Yes, i then had to reenter my account data, but that was quickly done.

As they say on "The IT Crowd" (BBC sitcom) - have you tried turning it off and turning it back on again? Need to put that on a T-shirt.

After having tried powering off tv without the "quick start mode" I didn't believe step #1 would work, but it did. Thank you! My problem was youtube stopped working with fast forward / rewind. It would show the image at where I forwarded to, but just would not continue playing. No buffering or anything. Just a still image.

😲😲😲😲 ... I had an issue with lagging RUclips. My pc and my phone could stream hd content with out issues while my TV couldn't. Furthermore I was troublesome by the fact that when I bought this TV, it was running RUclips perfectly fine even with slower internet... I tried reinstall the app or unplugg the device with no results. Then I tried to reconnect to the WiFi and... It worked! Many many thanks man!
