Well, Noah Lyles has always been vocal about his feelings and thoughts - as well as his goals. He has expressed this intent countless times too! So, it is not surprising to find out that he is excited for Paris and is #trackandfield training hard for it.
So far, his intensive training sessions are working out well for him. Truth be told, it really should, especially since all eyes are on six-time world champion Noah Lyles, as the sprint star looks to show his form in a year. #noahLyles has stated he will go for four gold medals at the #olympics Games Paris. 2024.
On that note, Lyles seems to be working double time to either win his target number of gold medals or surpass Bolt’s records - or both. He appears to be off to a great start as he crushed his personal best in the 60m to open the Olympic year in earnest. He ran a personal-best time in the 60m at the 2023 New Balance Indoor Grand Prix in Boston with 6.51 seconds. Watch the entire video for more information!

Noah is enjoying himself. What a story to tell your children and grandchildren . He is bringing excitement to track and field. Every winner loses a race. Bolt, Frazier Price Jetter etc. I enjoy all of the athletes they’re doing something I can’t do. I do want Kenny Bernard to win a gold medal period.

The only thing the word has never seen before is what USAIN BOLT has done. And furthermore, the times you're going crazy about in this video are slower than the best times of Bolt, Blake, Gay, Gatlin, Powell...et al. You just waste people's time.

I am all for cockiness if Noah continues to win. The second that he starts to face adversity, it will rightfully set him up for criticism though. For instance, Jakob Ingebrigsten was untouchable and got very cocky, but he lost a couple of key races to other athletes, so his past cockiness created additional mental hurdles for him to overcome at the Olympics.

Lyles is only in three events so I have no idea how he plans to get four medals.
He's also not touching any of those world records. In fact, NO ONE currently competing is touching those records. 19.19 in the 200m is insane and Lyles can't do it. He's never run remotely close to the 100m world record 9.58 and never will. Team USA doesn't have the foot speed to challenge the 4x100m world record of 36.84. That Jamaican team that set that record had 3 of the 10 fastest men in history, as well as the top two fastest men of all time on legs 3 and 4. All three records are safer than the gold in Fort Knox.

@@ramonabrown8590 Encouraging? How naïve are you? Noah isn't reading these comments and if he was, he doesn't need my encouragement. Besides, I live in reality and encouraging words aren't going to will him to world records times. Its not negativity, it's realism. World class sprints don't work like that.
And records aren't meant to be broken, they just either get broken or they don't. Simplistic platitudes don't run the world.

Just a quick tip to all- taking off from both feet adds more power and a greater first stride length, keeping the body launching forward as opposed to standing up too quick.
