People buy Hardware now because of the love of it but what I bought mines for years ago was to save Processing Power on my CPU. But now Computers are so powerful you can add a 100 auto tunes and still have Processing Power to mix the entire song 😂
@@Gang-25j I've used hardware before and I have a pretty good ear though I was listening to the video through some cheap earbuds. I'll have to listen to it with my dt770s
When you listen on your better phones you'll hear a separation between the M/S & the mid has more depth & presence causing the vocal & low end to move forward 😁
man, without even watching this... Warm is a garbage company that makes cheap shit that LOOKS like real gear... I had their pultecs... trash! Completly incomparable. This is not a real comparison of the hardware to the plugin... there's a reason a real 1176 costs so much more than that Warm junk.
Shid… then clearly you weren’t using it right because plugins don’t sound or give the same feel as hardware, are plugins good? Yes they are.. but nothing like hardware not close.
There is a significant difference between hardware and plug-ins. I will reach for hardware every time. I had a Sphere mic and I hated how processed it sounds I had to get rid of it. To each his own.
People really need to let this go bruh it's very small so small to the point there is no point in buying hardware unless you are tracking into it just give it up ya'll😔
Respectfully disagree sir. I hear your point and I have a hybrid studio. There's surely a great plugin arsenal, but the right pieces of analog gear is unbeatable. Will the average listener tell the difference ... probably NOT. Can't give it up tho ...
The problem here is people think if a piece of gear LOOKS like the pugin it must be the hardware... Warm is junk... try an ACTUAL 1176. I do agree with you though, hardware should be used during tracking... when you do, it really shines compaired to plugins, but once youre in the box, you don't want to subject your tracks to more conversion, that's the real evil.
5yrs later & I still get amped seeing your uploads brodi 🤞🏾🎈
🙏🏽🙏🏽💯
#2 just has a better transient response! I'm listening on my phone & can still hear the snap & presence of the drums😊
Best intro Award 2024! :-D
Both sounded great, but I love #2
Sounds good man, and that bass in the song 😍

Hey Wavy where do you get your analog racks to hold your gear?
Same place you get the gear

This is true. I do this for work and play and nothing beats gear when it’s playtime.
I mean autotune is that cpu heavy compared to other things
Tbh sample A sounded better imo I thought that was analog lol
You’ve never used hardware then?

Hardware vs plug-in is minimal not worth price tag i sold my hardware all of it even my neve for vst all Apollo even my sphere mic

Warm audio is trash
Was just about to comment this 😂
I get it, sponsor money, but he has been covering so much garbage gear lately he is starting to lose credibility
