Shane Warne 23 is the greatest cricketer of all time and there will never be another like him ever again. Shane i hated you as young English man. But you were more than i could comprehend in those days. You have become my idol and you will always be a man i could only dream of emulating and in cricket terms we should be so lucky the greatest of all time. R.I.P

So sad. He’ll be sadly missed. I remember when he said he had a new delivery before every Ashes series. A ‘ zooter ‘. A ‘ hoopla ‘. Like Nasser said we didn’t know what a Flipper was or a slider. I loved his commentary as well. I’m gutted. I don’t normally get sad when famous people pass away but this one hurts. RIP legend.

Shane Warne was one of a kind not just in cricket but in life overall. An Aussie larrikin who smoked, drank and gambled but tore apart of the strongest batsman lineups in cricket history. 708 wickets in 145 Tests and 293 wickets in 194 ODI matches. He was also a fantastic father to Summer, Brooke and Jackson. A memorable human being to those who encountered him on and off the cricket pitch.

I still remember playing cricket as a kid and we used to cheer up the bowler saying "bowling warnie"... "great ball warnie" that too in an era of Sachin Tendulkar in India that was the impact of this legend... Saddened by the loss... A personality larger than life... We miss you warnie... Loads of love from India
