    Triphop is not real.... it's just hiphop real hiphop not fucking rap although some rap is hiphop most is just shithop.

      thank you for increasing the value of triphop by saying it isn't real but that it is the real kind of hiphop. i never thought of it that way and hope to forget about it soon.

      For sure hip-hop is a source but Massive Attack, Dj Shadow and Unkle (three whales of trip-hop 2000+s for me) are so different but still very very real and, same as Dj Krush, Archive or Sneaker Pimps and so many beautiful bands, they simply create own sound, which we (I definitely) call trip-hop. Just my opinion, but I really think trip-hop is real and nowadays it's not just wave of hip-hop. It's something different, powerful and independent
