I've had a traumatic experience with dentists as a child PLUS my sister works as a dental hygienist. She and the doctor always makes fun of the patienst behind their back, so I don't want to be mocked, it's bad, and patients are vulnerable. Thank God, I have good teeth, but dentists in my life were extremely rude with me, and I was just eleven or twelve. A little girl. I won't go to the dentist if I can help.
$20,000 to $50,000 to get a mouthful of dental work done is probably why most people haven't seen a dentist. The prices are outrageous for dental work.
Some people are in that position from no fault of their own due to childhood antibiotics ravaging their teeth. Dentists do the wrong thing and butcher good teeth which cause more problems. The prices are insane plain and simple
Not sure why you need to spend that much. Brushing and flossing is free, it just takes time and effort. If you're too lazy to do it, then you better be prepared to pay up at the dentist. Poor inconsistent dental hygiene leads to more expensive procedures down the line. Poor unsuccessful people love to blame everyone but themselves. They're also not great at forward thinking, or they'd do the easy consistent work to avoid the obvious predictable outcomes.
Let’s be honest, most of us can’t afford $30-$50,000 for dental work after paying the monthly dental fee that doesn’t cover anything in the long run! It cost more and is more painful to go to the dentist than it was for me to have my children.
I have a constant headache from gum recession in upper front teeth. What to do? I don't have active inflammation anymore, but had agressive gum inflammation for a while. According to the dentist I have no bone loss
Hi, this is why i know dentistry hasn't changed very much in 40 odd years because i remember when i was little, i had gas to put me to sleep while the dentists pulled a tooth out, I'm 50 now and all they do now is give you and injection to pull your tooth out! The point is dentistry hasn't changed in 40 years and they are still pulling teeth out! Where has all the money for research gone? Why hasn't dentistry changed in 40 odd years? It certainly NOT to improve the peoples lives! I know for a fact that they are not bothered just like the doctors in curing the patient! All they are interested in is the money they get from patients! Nothing els! Shame really! Take care all@@clairebearie87

I just had my first dental cleaning in just over 4 years. My dentist didn’t tell me anything was wrong with my teeth nor my gums, but I am wondering if I should go to a periodontist as well given the time between dental cleanings
I've had traumatic experiences at the dentist as an adult.
Yeah me too. They keep doing the wrong thing on good teeth. I won't be back

It's true or they medicaid dentist tell you to pull your teeth out instead of offering any other options. It's totally unfair.
Then you go to dental school and pay enormous amount of tuition fees and your youth years in school

That’s the reason
Yeah the fucked up prices to go see any dentist is the only reason i haven't visited one in forever.
Spent thousands on those deep cleanings and each time worse gum recession and pain. Tapped out.
That’s the reason why I don’t go to dentist 100% sad
