Nice to have you back doc... A few years ago I had some 1 use self adhesive personalised security seals made and I always put one on a boiler I’ve serviced or repaired , i tell the customer if they call me I’ll ask them if the seal as been broken..? If it has I won’t come because that means someone else as been messing about in there..

The guy who does our service takes like 10 minutes and then charges £85, they’re supposedly Valliant registered, that normal?

EBay … 20 years ago… look for carpet cleaning pressure pump
