Just going by presets and overall sound this fits my ears better than DIVA, which rules also. It goes to show listening with your intended projects and/or art in mind is all that important.
Nice vid mate..I have this and love the sound but finding some presets can be cpu hungry even the factory ones . I dont have that issue with diva though

Listening closely, I’m not sure I that I would replace my Prophet 5 with Repro. The sound is there but there’s like a blanket on it. Sound quite thin and lost. But I agree that for the price, it’s a deal.
Haha ! Right On. There is a problem, goes to 90 % with only 1 instrument loaded. i got 16 gb ram and i 7 CPU. I will need a SSD hard disk ...I still can record a midi track , convert to audio and record another one, and so on.
Pacific Base how many CPU cores? My new iMac is i-9, 8 core 3.6hz, 32gb ram, 1tb ssd.... if theres still cpu issues then this synth might be hopeless 😂
I bought the patches/ presets . See in the description. But the original sounds are similar somewhat. They are not expensive. For example if you need to produce an album of some kind and you need certain sounds, buy the patches that you like for 15 or 25 $ and you have a great arsenal for your album. Much cheaper than having 3 or 5 synthesizers, and pay 5 thousand for them.
@@M3333C it is worth 20$ if i work 5 hours or 20 hours to make these presets. They could be 200 $ and sone people still buy them. For example, plugin alliance has plugins like eq or compressors that each cost about 250 $ , but people need them.

@@pacificbase Yup, saw it! I was actually planning on getting Omnisphere but then saw their terms prohibit selling any loops or multi-track recordings/stems made with their sounds (unless they are layered with other sounds?).

Yeah Arturia Pigments is good for modern stuff but their analog emulations are behind u-he and Softube
