Drake "lost" public perception due to the nature of the allegations cuz it got people emotionally involved but WON the battle when it comes BARS, punchlines and rebuttals. 💯Kendrick appealed to the cancel culture and not the hip hop fans. Disappointing and cheap. The hip hop space now is flooded with trend hoppers and casuals that don't understand hip hop at all. I think in time people will come around. I am starting to believe the allegations against Kendrick because he did not even acknowledge them and he threw a bigger allegation at Drake to distract. If he knew Drake was guilty of the allegation, why was he quiet all this time? Didn't care until he had beef? Kinda look bad either way. 🤷♂

Guys Kendrick is too smart for drake. He’s been calling him a manipulator and a pier non stop. He is smart enough to not play drake’s game. Instead he makes drake plays his game. Drake’s allegations do not hit because Kendrick is open about his shit in his music. Drake calls Kendrick a piece of shit, Kendrick has said worse about himself. He say his family relationship is in shambles, Kendrick’s has addressed. He called him a false savior (tryna free the slaves) Kendrick has claimed he is not your savior. This are all the reasons why Kendrick is not responding. Drake on the other hand has a lot of unresolved issues that he does not address honestly in his music, this leaves him vulnerable to attacks. Drake under estimated him, and though he was not going to take it far. But Kendrick warned him, if you want to play, let’s play, but if you take it far, I can take it further.
