I always used to move Dina into that house after Mortimer died! Mortimer and Dina would have a child with red hair in my game for whatever reason
This is so cool to see, I’m playing a Pleasantview that is just a few years behind yours (Lilith/Angela/Dirk/Dustin are all elders at mo). It’s so interesting to see where everybody’s games differ. My Dina married Mortimer and had two boys, one married Dustin Broke (ACR+meeting at a party) and the other is an unmarried romance sim with a couple of children around town 😂

I've started replaying my old Pleasantview save coz of these videos and it's nice to see what I'd forgotten doing. My Caliente family certainly did well for themselves. I had Dina move into the Goth mansion with Mortimer and Alex when they married since I had Cassandra and Don move out, I had a clean template so when Dina had Mortimer's son (Kadeon), he had the green alien skin. They only had the one kid, but Mortimer and and Dina split raising him since Mortimer was a stay at home Dad while Dina was off in the Law career. Dina and Kadeon moved out when Alexander came back from uni with his fiancée (a blond townie he started dating as teen so I aged her up to uni with him, Beau and Lucy, her name escapes me atm) since Mort was dead by this point. But they got a sizeable chunk of the Goth fortune plus Dina's salary so they were still able to live large. Kadeon grew up to be a family sim and he married the knowledge sim daughter of Brandi Broke (Lexi), they currently have twin daughters Eden and Eva.
Dina never remarried. I know a lot of people see her as a gold digger but I didn't think she was. She married Mort and right away wanted to have a baby then she kept getting all these wants for Mortimer that to me, showed she actually loved him. There was a bit of drama though when she caught him cheating on her with Bella (my clean template came with Bella as a townie who I turned into a playable for story and drama reasons), but her and Mort rolled wants to make things up so even with that bump in the road, they ended up being very happy until he died in platinum mood.
Nina moved into an apartment since it didn't seem like she needed that big house... she ended up knocked up by Don while he was still married to Cassandra, had his daughter (Marcia), she grew up to be a fortune sim. Don eventually moved in with Nina, they never married though and he had very little to do with raising Marcia, she was a teen when he eventually moved in. Marcia ended up marrying Mr Big from downtown so much like her aunt Dina, her marriage made her a very wealthy woman. She has a son too, Nathan who is currently a teen romance sim and trying to romance every girl in town, so basically he's his grandfather reborn.

I know you aren't too happy about the warlock situation, but if you wanted to make things more interesting you could base the alignment of witches/warlocks on their personality. For example, I have witches and warlocks in my game as well and I have a system based on the amount of 'nice' points a sim has:
- min. Nice points = atrociously evil witch/warlock
- 1-2 nice points = evil witch/warlock
- 3-4 nice points = mean witch/warlock
- 5 nice points = neutral witch/warlock
- 6-7 nice points = nice witch/warlock
- 8-9 nice points = good witch/warlock
- max. Nice points = infallibly good witch/warlock
It just makes things a little more interesting because then you can set up witch schools (the HP influence is strong in my game lol), and you can make witch/warlock exclusive lots using the Visitor Controller mod. It makes things really fun! I have two sisters and their dad is a warlock which the girls have inherited - one of them is atrociously evil and the other is infallibly good. I'm gonna make them have a witch duel when they're older and my evil sim is gonna live in a hut in the woods with a pet cowplant 😈 I'm excited to play in out haha
Anyways, just a thought as a means to spice the gameplay up a bit 👏👏
Ooooh my goodness this sounds so fun! Especially as Leonardo’s kids have 0 nice points, they could be the absolute terror of the town 😂
If you do end up finishing your spreadsheet (or at least updating it to current time since it's never really done) I would really love to see it! Hope you make it public or show it off in a video.
I’m hoping to! I simplified it, the templates I tried to use before were too complicated with so many sims, but I just added the stuff I’d want to know, and it flowed a lot better! I could do another new rotation video, and include updating the spreadsheet with that 😊 Thank you for watching!

@@Katie_Catastrophe I have just started round 6 so she is an elder. And yes she got married to Mortimer and had one child and then she got abducted and had an alien baby. She married some sims I made who were rich in order to get her fortune
