I am lucky enough to have one. Mine was 655 with milling pattern which I think is extremely fair these days for one man shop made. It's not a figet toy like a bearing knife would be but I enjoy figeting with it. I think it's an absolute beast and if you like cutting things you'll have an excellent time.
I’m looking at buying a gen 4 right now. Since they switched to bearings, it’s perfect for my daily needs and would be a great switch from my arius or fsd-i.
I don’t have a lamia but I do have 2 sharks. S90v and vanax. Love them both. Use my vanax when I spear fish in Hawaii. S90v I eat steak and dinner with it. Can’t wait to get a lamia.
Im super excited for this knife, i just got a preorder spot for one in CruWear and it was an excellent bargin. I love them with the milling and alot of ano and customizations. Hopefully more Vanax comes down the line later cuz id love some more vanax in the collection! Great review!
I’m loving my Lamia….I have actually come to like a little bit of lock stick. I think it contributes to a solid lockup and helps greatly for that lock slip that so many framelocks have when you give the blade some up and down pressure. Anyways just my two cents…keep up the good work, great review as always!!!🤙

Even the maker says don't pay secondary for them just to wait till more drop which is good to hear from a maker

He’s now giving the option for bearings or washers. Still don’t think the price point is remotely warranted. Would way rather get an Arius or Rosie
