If I'm not mistaken its a remix of the Cube escape Birthday main theme. But this one obviously sounds better.

It’s also called birthday theme, or birthday by victor butzelar for ppl who want the song piano or find it on spotify
I tend to call it Birthday Waltz. I am not sure if it is accurate, but I like the addition of a vibrations in this one.
This sounds like something out of Everywhere at the End of Time but without any distortion

Ah. I call this genre "calliope". Sounds like something played at a carnival or a fair - almost like a church organ, but includes improvised sounds and instruments.
