I think the Seahawks are going to have their hands full on Monday. I’m glad they are 3-0, but let’s face it, it hasn’t been pretty. We will see how the matchups play out. Detroit has no answer for Metcalf. Seattle might have a hard time stopping the run without Williams and Murphy. Will be interesting.

This doesn’t exactly answer your question but jerrick reed II last year was really good on special teams and then he got injured so I wanna see him back on special teams soon

Listen, every team goes through periods in their schedule like this. One of the marks of a good team is winning the games (if you truly are a good team) that you are supposed to win. Every year, we see eventual playoff teams lose to teams that end up with one of the worst records in the league. This game in Detroit will be the first time the Hawks are not favored to win. I don't care if they win via blow out or squeak one out with the help of a few bad calls from the refs. Wins are hard to come by in the NFL and I'll take whatever I can get. Did anyone think after 3 games the Hawks would have a two game lead? Buckle up, 'cause this year is gonna be a fun ride!

Mafe, Hall, LWilliams until he got hurt, Dodson, Love, Riq have all been very good. Can't pick 1 guy. The O has been inconsistent.

Too early for me to get excited, all they beat are bottom dweller teams BUT its a good warm up, Lions is gonna be a better test for the team this weekend 💪
Love what we are doing, but until we beat a contender im going to relax on the comparison, we have been pretty fortunate so far in our matchups and we have beaten teams we need to beat.
Stats shows we are a good pressure blitzing defense, and are decent stopping the run.
Offensively we need to be better in the O-line, if we want to let our receivers cook.

We really shouldn’t be seeing the Seahawks defense as dominant. It’s too early in the season. Pump the brakes true believers.
The offensive line is suspect. Our running back room at best average.
This kind of talk is normally heard after the first half of the season.
If they keep playing like they have been, they’ll get beaten by around 10 pts minimum by the Lions

That’s not what he said. First point, first rookie coach to go 2-0. And first Seahawks coach to go 2-0 starting out. Meaning thier first season with a team. Pete Carrol’s first season was 2011. Which is correct.

Offense - Geno, with the oline issues this man is playing throught it and showing Geno is him..
Defense - Love, He's playing at a pro bowl/all pro level and is setting the tone for this defense..
Honorable mentions -
Offense - Cross, he's playing very well while the rest of the line is struggling.
Defense - Hall, I already knew how Mafe was going to play, but the big question mark in our passrush was how well Hall was going to play and he's answering the bell giving us two productive passrushers while Nwosu is on the mend...

Look. I love my Hawks, and I'm stoked they're 3-0 and the defense is much improved. The offense is going to get better with time, but let's be real for a minute, the teams we've played have poor offenses anyways. We will see on Monday what we're really made of. Hoping like heck Murphy and Williams make it back, gonna need them! Hopefully Walker is back too. Aidan Hutchinson will dominate no matter who is at RT. Have to be better up front or it will get ugly and we're risking an injury to Geno! Hutch is probably picking his chops watching film. They may not win Monday night, but if they keep it close, pressure the heck out of Goff and don't let him get rolling they might win. But if they lose a close one, so be it. If they get blown out then we'll see how they handle the adversity by how they bounce back. There's a big story unfolding come Monday night and right now it's quite the mystery! Man I would love to see them win this one!
They admit that, but what's unprecedented is the level at which they have owned the other teams. MM had a top 3 defense with the Ravens, and now that he's gone, they are not that good. Help me out. How many times have we turned the ball over in the red zone, and the Defense has held tough? Every time

Hutch vs Foresythe worries me a lot.. Stone has the size but he doesnt seem like the smartest player.. He looks terrible sometimes but hes been doing a lot better. Hope Geno makes it out of this game without getting killed too badly.
Agree. Detroit is the first real test. Look for a quick release passing game from Geno....if he doesn't, he's toast. Stonefoot needs help most of the time. Put in your best blocking tight end just leave him there. AND we are gonna run more. If we get to 4 & 0, I'll start to believe. 😊
@@curtiskaeo7902 I agree with how much improved the defense has been. Definitely our past defenses under Hurtt and Norton would have folded in those situations. They have much more of a killer instinct now. I also trust MM to gameplan better than anyone in the Hawks have had in a decade. But, Monday will still be the real test, the first three just weren't good enough to know and it was probably a good thing!
They've been good, but c'mon. Comparing to the 70's Steelers? Might be a bit early for that. They've faced who at QB so far? A rookie (Nix), Brissett who wasn't expected to be the starter this year, and Thompson/Boyle? Anyone ever heard of those last two...ever? Let's see what happens against the Lions and then we can do some legendary comparisons.
Hawks seem like they can pass at will but are determined to force the run , great when the elusive Walker is out there but not Zak.
Hopefully Bradford can pull his head out of his @** in this game as well and give Geno the time he needs, plus his penalties have been absolute DRIVE KILLERS.
