During my visit, the cocktails were free during the pre-dinner cocktail period (around 4-6pm, if I recall correctly). At other times during the day, there is an extra charge.
Hi! It was around 16000 HKD for a 3-night stay, but this was around the time they first opened. They have specials periodically (especially for HK residents) so you should check their websites for any new deals/rates.
