She already ruled against Elon too on another case and used language indicating personal political bias. Criminal.
She showed bias that was both extreme and irrelevant to the case. In a just world, she would be removed from her position and placed in jail for her egregious actions.

The lawyers who sued about Elon's pay package should get 10% of the value of the 9 shares held by their client based on their market value when the pay package was approved.

Regarding the robotaxi vs the low cost car, I agree with Larry that there definitely will be two cars. The difference is what is the core intent of the cars robotaxi or low cost car. The base will be a robotaxi and the low cost care will be build on top of that.
That is the same as with the EV transition. Add a battery to an ICE platform or build the platform for the EV.
Tesla will create the platform for the future "robotaxi" and add a steering wheel and pedals to that, with some compromises to the low prized car.
I'm inclined to agree, because it is the only way, in the first few years of production, they can get the cost of manufacturing the taxi down to reasonable numbers. There just won't be enough volume, for several years, if not shared with the 25K car.

I dont want a Robotaxi…save it for city people and spin off that division. I love cars and trucks with unique functional personalities and like Tesla’s innovations. I want a Cybertruck and Roadster NOW! If Tesla/Elon sterilizes vehicles to generic/minimalist clones, I hope to have other choices…So long Tesla and thanks for all the fish!

You can currently buy a well equipped Tesla model Y below the average listing price of 47k for all cars and for the average commute you will save an additional 200-300 per month in gas. Do the math I did and bought my first American made car since 1987. This is why bought a Tesla model Y. You simply can’t argue with the numbers. And oil just started going up.

First of all FSD has to be perfected very soon which you all seem to think is around the corner. I have my doubts they can do it with just cameras. Second robo taxi is gonna have to pass muster with all the regulatory agency’s BS to get it approved . ( Fed, state and local ) this could take a very long time

Well done! I believe most shareholders saw on the surface that this judge's decision was against their interests as shareholders. This action by the board clearly shows that the original payment formula was not a product of Elon's control over a board of spineless, conflicted members, but a rational decision by persons skillfully exercising their fiduciary responsibility to lead the company to success. What reason do we have to believe that this was the motivation of the judge?

28:15 I believe the Robotaxi announcement day will focus on the service, not the hardware. Will start with new M3s with Tesla drivers-come-monitors initially, then with existing owners with FSD.

I just don't buy that the nextgen vehicles are secretly more ready than supplyside experts like Jeff Lutz believe.

I will continue to support the compensation package simply because I supported it in the first place and in business and life you should keep your word. As it turned out, the shareholders did well and Elon wound up with a huge pile of money, but he doesn't seem to be buying yachts and mansions. Instead, he does stuff like building a space economy, which I wish the government would have done. But at this point, they seem to be totally sold out to the legacy gang of monopolies that haven't done anything for the last 40 years. So no thanks to the nanny Judge who doesn't think I'm a grown-up.

I agree that they should produce the Model 2 (or whatever it will be called) alongside robotaxis. But I don't think it would be a good idea to reveal the Model 2 on 8/8 when they reveal the robotaxi - not unless they are actually ready to start production. The reason is that it would Osborne the 3 and Y and therefore they should not reveal the Model 2 until it's actually ready to go into production. I don't think they will be ready to start production until 2025 (because they will need to build up the supply chain for the new platform).

The 25k car is coming in 3 years but it's not gonna be the Robotaxi, it's the model 3 spartan model! According to the book, you know Elon Musk by Walter Isaacson. Chapter 80 ...Elon hates the idea of the 25k car, the model 3 is as small of a car as he wants to build for sale. "Musk got into one of his very cold moods. "Let me be clear," he said slowly. "This vehicle must be designed as a clean Robotaxi....we are not going to design some sort of amphibian frog that's a halfway car. This is the product that makes Tesla a ten-trillion company. People will be talking about this moment in a hundred years."
Great channel IMO all this talking about Tesla is great, but maybe instead Tesla delivering earnings growth every year is better ?
