this one wasn't too bad, probably because the normal lap 5 is also not too bad either. most of the rooms aren't that long, meaning John Ghost doesn't get much of a chance to teleport, so overall it's fine. It still took me a while, but not that long, mostly because of the room when you enter the ship.
