In all fairness, Bezos probably had no idea this shirt was on his site. There's thousands of independent clothes designers ( which I am one of) that create designs for Amazon t-shirts. The upload process is so quick I'm almost positive the higher ups don't know what's getting published half the time.
Not sure why the workers doing the pressing didn't inform the higher ups sooner though. That's a head scratcher.
