Who hear misses our coffee talks?
We haven’t done a coffee talk in a while and I wanted to film another video with Niamh! Can anyone guess why Niamh and I have become so close over the past few months? For the first three people who guess right I will be sending you a gift in the mail, so guess away! I think many of us probably find ourselves missing our family members when the holiday’s start, especially me because I live in New York and I only visit Amsterdam. Max’s family lives close to New York City so whenever I visit I get the cozy feeling of being back home with my parents and brother. I can’t decide who I miss most, but who do you miss most when you leave home?
I’ve been working hard on creating a plan for 2020. I’ve been setting goals for myself, the channel, and our community which has led me realize that I really haven’t been posting as much wellness content (which is my favorite type of content) because I’ve been traveling so much for modeling, focused on a entrepreneurial project with two friends, and I just haven’t been home much this year. I’m going to change that and I’m going to try a bunch of new things here that I wanted to get your feedback on.
First, I want to post a weekly workout and find three pieces of equipment that we can all easily find and do simple effective workouts together. I’m going to invite my friends and trainers onto the channel as well to share with us all the secrets on what other models do to stay fit in the gym. Second, I want to do one “What I Eat In A Day” a month with my favorite recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I want to make one recipe video a week to share with everyone here which would be fun to do because I want to share recipes that we can all make together. If I can get really organized I’d like to also share one fun piece of content a week like a coffee talk, matcha chat, what’s in my bag, or even my favorite a Girl Talk! This way I can do monthly collabs with my friends like Emily (we’re filming again tomorrow)!
My next content goal is to do a Daily Vlog for five days showing you my daily life, how I run my business, and what I do on a day to basis with work, friends, and my relationship with Max. Sanne you verbalised the getting up early to avoid anxiety so well! I'm a morning person and I find that I'm calmest before 10-11am, by then the day is really going and my anxiety starts creeping up. 6am-8am is golden time for me because I feel like that time belongs to me :)

As someone at University who also works two jobs, I find it really difficult to make the time and/or find the motivation to work out or cook a healthy meal for myself, but your videos always help to motivate me! hello Sanne! These kind of videos are the best, it's nice to hear your thoughts. All your friends seem really nice as well! What would be interesting to see, would be more of these chatty videos but on more serious topics. You have a lot of influence and it would be great if you could raise awereness on different issues and tell your viewpoints (or discuss about it with your friends). Or maybe something that has to do with sustainability, eg. you could show your audience that there are a lot of things one can do to help the environment :)
