Just wondering about the safety of their packaging. Planning to get 5 mirrors from them. But I'm worrying since I'm from the province pa.

There’s foam in each of the individual box for the mirrors and also Beautylish puts paper paddings around the items inside their box. I don’t know how to describe the padding but it’s crumpled paper, thicker than tissue paper, then mixed with crumpled tissue paper as well. For me they look secure naman, if something happens to the contents of the box, that means the handling of the courier people must br terrible.
Also, I was confident because I’ve read some reviews about their customer care service that as long as you have proof that the damage, if there is any, wasn’t your fault, they easily send replacements or refund you. Some just sent pictures of the damaged items upon receipt to their helpdesk and they were assisted properly. I don’t want to experience that but I was hoping that in case something happens to my order, I will get the same service.

I haven’t tried exceeding 10k so I can’t say for sure but I’m only basing it on what I’ve heard from others, there’s this group on FB that I was a member of before, the package wasn’t makeup or skincare, I think it was clothes or sports stuff and the guy only exceeded 10k a little because he underestimated the $ to php rate and he was taxed. Not sure if there were any changes but as I remember, it’s only 12% so if you get charged, it’s only minimal, just be sure not to exceed next time, you may order 2x instead. I do that sometimes, I wait a day or 2 to place my second order. The shopper/customer shoulders taxes and fees. If you get your package hope you could let us know how it goes, would like to know as well if they are strict about this. Anyway, hope this helps.
I'm not sure if I can still get mine 😔. I ordered Blood money and Blood lust last Nov 30, 2021 from Beautylish. Prolly because of the typhoon, but I'm surprised they tagged my order to return to sender then back to manila again, I'm so confused, Janio - LBC are behind the delivery.
Oh that is sad to hear. It’s out of Beautylish’s hands since it’s already with the courier but I think you may still contact them to report. From the reviews I’ve read or seen their customer service is good, maybe they will coordinate with the courier and find out what’s going on or give you options like sending replacements or refund. I’m not sure what they will do but there’s no harm if you try to contact them. Good luck to you, I wish this issue gets solved soon.
