    Very helpful video! I’m a DYIer.. but have worked on equipment all of my life. We’ve been through two Honeywell boards. Now I know why. The board is installed in the intake cabinet of our HVAC which is outside of the house. When I pulled the panels off I was floored when I saw the moisture level. The board was dripping with condensation. I can’t believe they installed it there. The panel above , were all the electronics doesn’t have room for it… This video helped me get the unit going tonight. We live in the south so we would have sweated our butts off! 😂😂 Thank you so much! I’ll be giving the boys a call tomorrow. Lol BTW , you’re a great technician!!

    If the blue is not used from the equipment is not used would it still be tied in to the thermostat?

    You're a great Technician. I have a question please.
    It's 322 board why only one t stay is connected? Isn't should be more than one stat ?

    • @NighthawkHVAC
      @NighthawkHVAC  Год назад

      One tstat is wired in the other is wireless and is using that RF interface that’s connected to ABCD

    Hey brother I love your videos. Is there any video of you explaining how to program one of those? I rarely do residential. In more on the commercial side of hvac and refrigeration. Please let me know

      The HZ332 and HZ432 come with instructions but they're pretty intuitive to program. I'm pretty sure that you can Google it and get the instructions. Those are my favorite boards because, on multistage equipment, you can program the board to stage up on a call from the thermostats (Y2, W2), percentage of zones calling or on a changeable time delay. Those boards are also great for their test feature as well, easy to test damper motors without running through to house to thermostats.

      Not yet but I’ll see about making one soon.

    I’m trying to bypass the same unit. I didn’t understand the comment about the c wire can you explain?

    • @dw3121
      @dw3121 8 месяцев назад +1

      Someone cut the wire too short

    • @Goodwrench1920
      @Goodwrench1920 2 месяца назад

      Could have easily added an extension onto that blue (commom) wire by slightly cutting back the insulation and adding a small section/piece of wire to keep the color-coding correct, therefore simplifying the return job call.

      He had to mess with the c wire (common or negative) because on the equipment side it doesnt ask for that wire , so he had to steal power from the other common wire that was helping powring the zoneboard
