    Thanks for the tour , i take it your company is something related to harvesting timber , cant get over the difference between light scania and heavy scania suspention , pitty their not v8 , the ford cargo well the D series and others before it , born with rust in them , 12 valve into landcrusier ,, oh yeah ripper dipper ,
    Glad to see your channel starting to gain interest now , well done i am spreading the word to find you ,

      Anytime mate glad you enjoyed, my company is abit of everything, earthmoving,machinery hire and road truck hire, the tree company who’s equipment you see they are family friends who rent the shed and some yard space and I do the maintenance on all their gear.
      Yep a big difference between the M and H suspension I wish they were v8 aswell but they 6 still gets along ok and good fuel economy aswell.
      They sure did come with rust from the factory they just fall apart!
      Thanks for sharing it round I’m getting there the truck content really helps grow the channel that’s what everyone is here for so I’ll get stuck into it soon!
      Thanks for the support!

    That lighter duty Scania must have been a linehaul prime mover once looking at the fifth wheel outside bracket angle plates still being there. Would love some of those Supachrome demountable rims for my truck. Save me buying Chromebrite.

      It was originally a prime mover for blue circle same as the S2 so I would say the both pulled cement tankers when they were new! I got those cheap second hand off the local tyre shop I’ve found a place in melb that sell Aussie chromed rims if you want their number? Standard 8.25 rims are $425inc gst each which I think is a decent price not like the cheap China ones that rust in the first year!

      @@dieseldownunder. Yeah, know the place in Melb, I would love some of those rims but not sure I could justify $425 a piece. We have Albury chrome platers up here who sell the Supachrome one as well.

    @dieseldownunder I would love to learn to drive the Aussie way I'm from the USA and want to go to Australia and drive truck is the shift patterns different than USA shifting or no

    • @dieseldownunder.
      @dieseldownunder.  Год назад

      Hey mate shifting is the same as far as I know only difference is you would be shifting with your left hand and the gear pattern would be mirrored as your sitting on the opposite side of the gear stick, it would be a good experience for you that’s for sure!
