CPL can be attained through the Conventional or the Cadet pathway. Conventional is a normal route (not backed by any airline) which one takes to attain his/her CPL while moving onto the goal of becoming an airline pilot. The cost is a major factor as when compared to the CADET program offered by the airlines. Its a most sought after pathway by most pilots due to the same reason. The cost till you become an airline pilot could vary (*50-70L) depending on various factors.

Can you please elaborate on RTR exam ? Also what about technical gen. and technical spec. Are we supposed to give those exams only after our 200 hrs of flying?

No you can write the exams even before you start your training. Most of them do that. With tech specific it can be helpful while your flying to understand the aircraft better.

Both are dependent on the market scenario. If there is a requirement, ideal thing is to finish TR. But if you are unsure of the opportunity and less vacancies, you can wait to get placed and then take up TR through the Airline.
Most of them who have problems with the funds usually end up waiting till they join the airline. So it depends, see the market and decide. That's the best thing to do.
Can airline gives pilots a loan for completing Type Rating?
They don't give loan. But if you show your letter of intent/offer letter from your airline, you will easily be granted the loan from a bank.
