Tip for butter straight from the fridge being too solid. Fill a glass or bowl with hot water, empty the water out and place the glass object over the top of the block of butter and leave for a while until soft. Works a treat 👌🏻

Josie, I am always fascinated with the way you carry yourself with other people. From the time you and Charlie prepare for guests, until they arrive there is definitely no anxiety, rushing or drama in your house and I (personally) believe it’s got to do a lot with your calm nature. You’re someone people want to be around honestly, you definitely bring that calmness about you I absolutely adore.

I've been having a cold shower every morning for about 2 years now. Its a wonderful way to start the day. I'm actually a yoga instructor and my teacher introduced it to me . The health benefits are also really good. Good on you Charlie for having a go at the pilates. Men don't realise how much they need that kind of stretching. x

I've been watching you for over 4 years now, and this has got to be one of my favourite vlogs ever. Charlie outdid himself as a true gentleman, and also handled the little incident with the bin lid with such grace and quiet confidence - well done! Watching this video was an absolute joy! It is always fun to watch both of you cook and I am always wanting to make the recipes. Right now I am dying to make Charlie's Lasagna and your Walnut Cake!😋I really felt for Charlie and the "war wound" on his nose. Just two weeks ago my dog wrapped her lead around my ankles in my back yard, and I fell face first into my cement patio! Needless to say, I ended up in the emergency room and had 3 stitches! It all healed amazingly fast and the only fatality was my glasses, but I am convinced they saved my life!😊

A small tip for the butter and the quickest I've found is putting it in the microwave on defreezing setting and it makes it just right not too watery :)

Charlie sorry the water was so cold, but glad you and Josie enjoyed being in wild swim.
Because you have a Thermomix you are able to mill down so many things. It means you can buy lovely organic sugar and mill it for a few seconds to make caster or icing sugar. You can mill rice to make rice flour etc. It’s taken me a while to start really using my thermomix, but I’m always finding new ways to use it (not a seller, just really enjoy using the appliance).
