This is my favorite Bond movie, but most people disagree and think this is one of the worst. However, I think it has a lot of original ideas in this, and the title is a throwback to On Her Majesty's Secret Service. In fact, they repeat a lot of the story ideas from this movie in the Daniel Craig films. Elektra is such a compelling villain because she and Renard offer such a strong contrast.
Denise Richards aside, this is one of my favorite Bond films. The best of the Brosnan era. The villains, the action sequences, M's involvement with the story. This felt like a real Bond film.

Sadly, this really was Desmond Llewelyn's final appearance as 'Q', he died in a car accident shortly after the movie was released.
