Hi it is great you are supporting your fellow nurses but I am afraid the information in this is not correct I am a unvereity lecturer and past NMC OSCE programme lead. The observations should be charted as a dot and nit a number as per the Royal College of Physicians guidance when the NEWS was produeced wruting the numbers is is not correct for clinical pratice or the osce
