Oh my! I am trying so hard to follow along with everything you are doing but that cursor is going a million miles an hour and zooming all over and clicking on so many things, so fast! I almost 4 minutes and I have been hitting rewind every two or three seconds to try and find where it went, and then what exactly was clicked on. Is there anything I can do to either slow it down or maybe find another video very similar to what you are aiming to accomplish? Thankyou so much for your time for all the videos

Try changing your playback speed so that the mouse moves slower and it is easier to understand. It worked for me.

I have a 'pro' level lasercutter that was very... very expensive. The company that made my laser cutter is Full Spectrum Laser. They're based out of China, but I've never felt like it was a cheap Chinese knockoff. It's super sturdy and takes a real beating, plus it's incredibly safe. The level fo safety features on it are really impressive.
They've got 'hobby' level laser cutters as well, but mine is the Pro-Series, so I can't say what the hobby ones are like from any personal experience.

I think you'll need to find out what exactly the CNC machine you're using is called (name, manufacturer, whatever) and google it.
The only CNC machine I've used in the past had to be hooked up to a computer directly and a specific software package was used for prepping the projects and running the machine.
Even with my laser cutter, you can't just save a file from illustrator and have the laser be able to run from that. It has it's own proprietary software package that actually runs the laser cutter.
I haven't used a CNC myself, but a friend of mine built one several years ago, and I did look into them a bit. From what exposure I do have to them, there were different software - both pricey, and open source - that were needed to run the machine. You have to be able to tell it what sorts of bits you're using, and all sorts of specific settings that aren't something you can include or export out of illustrator.
