    Does these HIIT exercises only increase testosterone during the exercise period ? How long will testosterone levels stay increased for ???

      Regular HIIT workouts can contribute to a more stable and sustained increase in baseline testosterone levels over time, especially when combined with other healthy lifestyle habits such as proper nutrition, adequate sleep, and stress management.
      We recommended 2-3 times per week. This frequency allows sufficient recovery time between sessions, which is crucial for muscle repair and overall performance improvement.
